Theo AFP hôm qua, các đối tượng muốn làm giấy giả thường là người chuẩn bị xuất cảnh nhưng chưa tiêm đủ mũi, hoặc vắc xin mà họ tiêm chưa được công nhận tại quốc gia mà họ sẽ đến. Mức giá cho dịch vụ mới dao động từ 1.100 - 2.000 peso (khoảng 1,27 - 2,3 triệu đồng) và chỉ mất 2 giờ để hoàn thành giấy tờ giả.
