SBTN RAISES $103,297.92 USD FOR VICTIMS OF NORU TYPHOON
Responding to the call of Father Nguyen Van Luong, director of the Caritas department of the Vinh diocese, Nghe An province, SBTN organized a fundraising program to help victims of floods and storms devastated by Typhoon Noru in the Nghe An province. The fundraiser was broadcast on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 1:30PM Pacific Time. The amount of money raised by SBTN’s audience around the world was $103,297.92 USD.
The amount of $103,297.92 was sent to the Caritas Vinh Social Charity Department, at Caritas Vinh Office, Bishop’s Palace, Doai Commune, Nghi Dien, Nghi Loc, Vietnam on the morning of November 14, 2022.
