ok, can you get to the dos prompt?
to get to dos prompt, press windows key and R at the same time
when you are at dos prompt, type ipconfig /all
see what ip address you have, most likely it's 169.254.XX.xx instead of 192.168.1.XX

Try this:
Bấm Start menu sẽ thấy ô search
Start menu's search field
type:
view network
select view network connections.
nếu thấy Local Area Connection. Disable
bạn right-click it and select Enable
