Theo một bài phân tích trên báo Daily Beast của Roger Sollenberger, hồ sơ kiện Giám đốc Tài chánh Trump Organization (tức là Allen Weisselberg) và công ty cho thấy lộ trình công tố sẽ truy xét vai trò của Ivanka Trump, Don Jr. và Eric Trump.

Cụ thể, 7 công ty chi nhánh ghi trong hồ sơ thì cả 3 người con của Trump đều có liên hệ một hay nhiều hơn trong các đường dây trốn thuế này.
