Angelina Jolie vào vai lính cứu hỏa
 

Ngày 7/4, hãng Warner Bros. tung trailer mới nhất của phim Those Who Wish Me Dead (Kẻ nguyền ta chết) do Angelina Jolie đóng chính. Minh tinh 45 tuổi vào vai Hannah, một smokejumper (lính cứu hỏa nhảy dù chuyên dập đám cháy rừng) bị ám ảnh sau một nhiệm vụ thất bại, khiến ba người bị chết. Một ngày, cô tình cờ gặp một cậu bé 12 tuổi (Finn Little đóng) lạc giữa rừng. Cậu cho biết gia đình mới bị hai sát thủ truy sát và đang tiếp tục bị săn đuổi. Hannah trở thành người bảo vệ duy nhất cho cậu bé khỏi các thế lực tội phạm.

Those Who Wish Me Dead được chuyển thể từ tiểu thuyết cùng tên của tác giả Michael Koryta - người đồng thời là biên kịch phim. Taylor Sheridan giữ vai trò đạo diễn. Ông từng được đề cử Oscar cho phim Hell or High Water (2016). Bên cạnh Angelina Jolie, dự án quy tụ dàn sao Nicholas Hoult, Jon Bernthal...

Phim sẽ ra rạp tại Việt Nam vào giữa tháng 5, là dự án đầu tiên của Angelina Jolie trong năm 2021. Cô hiện tham gia bom tấn siêu anh hùng Eternals của vũ trụ điện ảnh Marvel, dự kiến phát hành cuối năm. Năm ngoái, Jolie chỉ tham gia một dự án phim Come Away, thu hơn 1 triệu USD tại phòng vé.



On April 7, Warner Bros. released the latest trailer for Those Who Wish Me Dead, starring Angelina Jolie. The 45-year-old chimpanzee plays Hannah, a smokejumper who is haunted by a failed mission, killing three people. One day, she happened to meet a 12-year-old boy (Finn Little) lost in the woods. Those Who Wish Me Dead is adapted from the novel of the same name by author Michael Koryta - who is also the screenwriter. Taylor Sheridan plays the role of director. The film will hit theaters in Vietnam in mid-May, is Angelina Jolie's first project in 2021.
