lacloidi ...
1) At that decision point it came down to simple economics.
---> A flight crew was needed to fly a waiting airplane in KY.
---> Bumping four seated passengers for room was common sense
2) The way it was handled and exacerbated was a PR hell ... pre & post drama on board airplane & by CEO Munoz!
3) When it comes down to it, what is written down in United Airlines contract with its passenger and federal laws will be the merits of this case if it goes to trail. But United Airline (UA) will not risk more bad PR, and from a risk vs. benefits analysis, UA will settle the case!
---> Flight crew can remove passenger if said passenger is a flight risk and or doesn't obey given instructions!
---> Doc should clear 6 figures on this one
---> Personally, his marbles were already jostled ... needs pysc. eval & drugs testings before seeing pt. again!
