Tất cả đều phải chờ bịnh viện nào cần gấp mới gửi tới .Vì tại thời điểm đó số người đã có tiếp xúc với những người bịnh còn đang chờ kết quả .Nếu những người đó bị thì họ sẽ tới bịnh viện nào ? Chẳng lẽ thí dụ đem đến bịnh viện phía tây gắn để sẵn chờ ... rồi bịnh viện phía đông mới thực sự cần ,cho người tới đem gỡ ra chuyển tới bịnh viện phía đông ?
Với tốc độ lây bịnh hiện nay thử hỏi chờ khi nào mới yêu cầu thêm máy ? Chờ khi khoảng chục ngàn người thở không được ,lúc đó mới yêu cầu gửi máy hay sao ? Lúc đó đào đâu ra máy ? Hay lúc đó có cớ để đổ lỗi tại họ không chịu tính trước .
