ANNOUNCEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT OFFERS
In order to form a team of intellectuals and professionals who will be able to answer the very need of stabilizing and reconstructing the country for the time to come, the Provisional National Government of Vietnam has the great pleasure to announce to the Vietnamese American compatriots at home and abroad the employment offers for the posts of Minister, Vice Minister (regardless of age or sex) who will be in charge of drafting up the action programme of the related Ministry and managing the Ministry under his/her responsibility in compliance with the guiding principles and the politics of the Government.
The new government will be composed of the following Ministries and Deputy:
- Ministry or Deputy of Justice
- Ministry or Deputy of the Interior
- Ministry or Deputy of Finance
- Ministry or Deputy of Planning, Public works and Reconstruction
- Ministry or Deputy of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery
- Ministry or Deputy of Social Security - Veterans and Children of dead soldiers
- Ministry or Deputy of Security, Intelligence and Electronic Technology
- Ministry or Deputy of Economy
- Ministry or Deputy of Health
- Ministry or Deputy of Foreign Affairs
- Ministry or Deputy of Transport and Communication
- Ministry or Deputy of Investment and Exterior Commerce
- Ministry or Deputy of Information and Civic Affairs
- Ministry or Deputy of Education, Culture and Youth
- Ministry or Deputy of Natural Energy and Protection of Environment
- Ministry or Deputy of National Strategic Command and Defense
The candidates for the above posts should meet the requirements as defined below:
1/ Expression of clear-cut political viewpoint of anti-Communism by signing on the sheet of “Unmasking Ho Chi Minh, a Chinese spy”
- University Degree/Diploma in specialized field (copy of degree if possible or furnished later)
- Candidate (male or female) between 30 to 65 years of age. Any candidate over this age limit should have his health check-up by accredited doctor/physician
2/Candidature file includes the following papers:
- Biographical sketch
- Letter of motivation for the interested post
- Action programme if selected
(summary of each topic if possible in only one-page A4).
Biographical sketch should be as precise as possible and will be clarified in the following topics:
- Personal information
- Educational background
- Employment background –
- Other activities
- Other abilities
- Knowledge of foreign languages etc…
3/ Candidature papers should be written in English or Vietnamese and English
Once designated for the functions, the nominees will enjoy the compensations and the advantages as determined by the Third Republic of Vietnam though US-Vietnamese Federal Military Bank.
Time limit for candidature file reception will be for 3 months from the date of publishing the Annoucement.
