Luật pháp CSVN không có điều khoản về cấm lái xe sau khi đă uống bia rượu, hạn định con số tối đa nồng độ cồn trong máu cho tài xế là tùy hứng của công an, không có chặn bắt tài xế say xỉn lái xe "nạng qua nạng nại"...

Bà Nga cũng như hàng triệu người dân xỉn khác của VN, lái xe xỉn th́ lủi vô người khác là phải rồi, đó là chấp hành theo đúng pháp luật CSVN.
