Bộ Ngoại giao và Thương mại Úc cho biết Chương tŕnh quan hệ đối tác nhân quyền trị giá 7,4 triệu đô la trong ba năm, nhằm thúc đẩy cải cách nhân quyền, đă bị Úc đ́nh chỉ.
