Dể hiểu thôi...tại v́ luật di trú của Mỹ nó ... là như vậy hihihi. Khi xin thẻ xanh lúc đầu, nó chỉ cho có 2 năm thôi. Trong thời gian 2 năm đó, nếu ḿnh không làm ǵ phạm pháp th́ gần khi 2 năm hết hạn, ḿnh xin nó "remove the temporary condition of the permanent residence"

Nếu xin được 10 năm liền th́ quá dể dàng cho nhiều người làm giả để vào nước Mỹ.
