công dân hạng 1 đôi khi không bằng di dân bất hợp pháp đó. vì nhiều nơi họ được trợ cấp, ăn học, bảo hiểm sức khỏe miễn phí.

luật trợ cấp xã hội tùy thuộc vào tiểu bang và thành phố. xin ở texas rất khó so với cali.

người việt tỵ nạn trước kia cũng chỉ được trợ cấp có giới hạn trong khoảng thời gian ngắn nào đó, ngoại trừ những người có vấn đề về sức khỏe hay con nhỏ.
