1) Though already boarded, airplane personnel can have passenger deplane!
2) In this case, United Airlines (UA)
---> may have transgressed against FAA guidelines and federal laws requirement of informing these passengers ... not just verbally, but in written form also!
---> may have not properly applied their own internal guidelines and procedures since this occurred after the plane was already boarded!
---> may have not even had a written formal policy pertaining to this peculiar situation since ...
.......... A) this wasn't really about overbooking, but simply accommodating another UA flight crew on their way to another scheduled flight in KY
.......... B) again, this occurred after boarding completion
3) Give it a few months and people normal flying behavior will overlook this
4) The doctor post fight also indicated something was AB NORMAL about him also ...
----> was he on something ... meds, drugs, R-OH and etc ...?
----> any underlying medical issues? behavior problems? family problems? financial problems?
----> he needs to be examine ASAP before seeing any pt!
