CNN đưa tin, Chỉ số Hộ chiếu Henley (Henley Passport Index) - bảng xếp hạng các hộ chiếu thân thiện với du lịch nhất thế giới kể từ năm 2006 - vừa công bố bảng xếp hạng 2021 và phân tích mới nhất của ḿnh.
V́ chỉ số này không tính đến các hạn chế tạm thời, Nhật Bản một lần nữa đứng đầu xếp hạng hộ chiếu quyền lực nhất thế giới năm 2021. Người mang hộ chiếu Nhật Bản được miễn thị thực hoặc cấp thị thực khi nhập cảnh tại 193 quốc gia và vùng lănh thổ trên thế giới.
Ở chiều ngược lại, tại cuối bảng xếp hạng, người mang hộ chiếu Afghanistan chỉ được được miễn thị thực hoặc cấp thị thực khi nhập cảnh tại 26 nước và vùng lănh thổ. Công ty Henley & Partners cho biết, đây là khoảng cách lớn nhất giữa các quốc gia kể từ khi chỉ số này bắt đầu.
Singapore tiếp tục ở vị trí thứ hai (192 điểm đến) và Hàn Quốc đứng thứ ba cùng với Đức (191 điểm đến).
Như thường lệ, đa phần trong số 10 vị trí hàng đầu c̣n lại đều do các nước EU nắm giữ.

CNN reported that the Henley Passport Index - a ranking of the world's most travel-friendly passports since 2006 - has just released the 2021 ranking and its latest analysis.
Since this index does not take into account temporary restrictions, Japan once again ranks first in the world's most powerful passport ranking in 2021. Japanese passport holders are exempt from visa or visa issuance upon entry at 193 countries and regions in the world.
In the opposite direction, at the bottom of the rankings, Afghan passport holders are only exempted from visas or issued visas upon entry to 26 countries and territories. According to Henley & Partners, this is the biggest gap between countries since the index started.
Singapore continued to be in second place (192 destinations) and South Korea was third with Germany (191 destinations).
As usual, most of the remaining top 10 positions are held by EU countries.
The UK and US shared the # 1 spot in 2014, but their passport strength has steadily waned over the following years. The UK and the US are in seventh place, along with Switzerland, Belgium and New Zealand.
In terms of freedom of movement, the big success stories over the past decade have been China and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Since 2011, China has risen 22 places - from 90th to 68th - while the UAE has gone straight from 65th to 15th.
The two countries' efforts to strengthen diplomatic relations around the world have resulted in their citizens now being allowed easy access to 174 destinations, compared with 67 destinations a decade ago.
Henley & Partners said: “With the launch of mass immunization programs in some rich and advanced economies such as the EU, UAE, UK and US, global mobility will soon return. for some people".
