Thẩm phán Mỹ bị đ́nh chỉ công tác 6 tháng v́ nói Trump 'kém cỏi'. Ông Michael Kwan thừa nhận sai lầm đă quá muộn. Ông từng nói TT Trump quản lư đất nước như "phát xít".

Ṭa án tối cao bang Utah, Mỹ hồi đầu tuần quyết định đ́nh chỉ thẩm phán Michael Kwan 6 tháng không lương với lư do vi phạm quy tắc ứng xử của ngành tư pháp, sau khi ông đưa ra một loạt b́nh luận xúc phạm Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump.

"Hành vi của thẩm phán Kwan đă bôi nhọ uy tín của ông ấy với tư cách một luật sư công bằng, độc lập, có phẩm cách và lịch sự, người không vụ lợi từ cơ quan của ḿnh", ṭa án tuyên bố, nói thêm rằng những bài đăng về Trump trên mạng xă hội Facebook và LinkedIn của Kwan "chứa đầy những chỉ trích thẳng thừng và đôi khi thô lỗ".

Trong bài đăng hồi tháng 1/2017, sau khi Trump nhậm chức tổng thống, Kwan viết rằng: "Liệu ông có tiếp tục chứng minh sự bất lực của ḿnh trong việc điều hành và sự kém cỏi trong chính trị không?" Một tháng sau, thẩm phán này nói cách Trump quản lư đất nước là "phát xít".

Kwan làm thẩm phán tại thành phố Taylorsville trong 20 năm qua, nổi tiếng với sự nóng nảy và thường xuyên đưa ra những b́nh luận mang tính chính trị. Ông đă thừa nhận những hành vi của ḿnh không phù hợp với một thẩm phán.

Thật là tức cười cho công pháp Mỹ...trên nguyên tắc th́ lẽ ra các vị quan ṭa đều nên anh minh, 0 lệ thuộc đảng phái nào, nhưng thực tế cho thấy điển h́nh như FBI và TCPV th́ e rằng đă sai lầm ngay từ đầu, khi thẩm phán được TT đề cử và Tổng Trưởng Tư Pháp cũng vậy...drain this swamp, right now ! Thượng Viện chuẩn thuận có lẽ chỉ là tṛ đùa chăng ? Vậy th́ công lư liệu c̣n có chỗ đứng độc lập nữa 0 ? Câu trả lời là 0 !

Ông Kwan đă làm sai th́ bị kỷ luật là đúng, chả có liên quan ǵ đến xuất xứ, nguồn gốc của ḿnh cả ! Nếu vậy th́ chỉ có người da trắng mới được làm thẩm phán hay sao ? Vô lư là nằm ở đây, những ai thừa nước đục thả câu mà bôi nhọ người khác chỉ v́ màu da, sắc tộc th́ ...vô cùng thiển cận và cuồng tín vậy !

@nangsom:

theo ḿnh biết th́ ông Kwan vào 2016-2017 ở LinkedIn và FB có đăng lời b́nh luận cá nhân về justice code of conduct dưới thời Trump. Quan điểm cá nhân là đúng, nhưng với tư cách là thẩm phán (cũng như quân đội) th́ 0 nên phê b́nh liên quan đến chính trị.

ừ, th́ cũng như lời nói thường 0 đi đôi với thực hành, nhưng Hai Lúa tui thiết nghĩ...chúng ta cũng nên phân biệt rơ ràng AI chống và theo Trump, đă là đủ lắm rồi đa ! C̣n phần c̣n lại (?) th́ chỉ có QSold mới đủ thẩm quyền mà thôi.

với Qsold càng comments nhiều càng dzui, forum được tăng giá chỉ trừ khi có kiện cáo hay đi quá luật forum thôi.
