Hành hạ động vật sẽ bị tù theo luật mới ở Mỹ. Mọi người hãy nhớ và chia sẻ với cộng đồng người Việt tại Mỹ. Như vậy luật mới ở Mỹ quy định một số hành động đối xử tàn bạo và hành hạ thú vật sẽ là một trọng tội.



Hành hạ thú vật từ nay sẽ bị coi là trọng tội ở Mỹ
Theo Fox News, Tổng thống Donald Trump vừa ký ban hành một luật mới bảo vệ động vật, trong đó quy định một số hành động đối xử tàn bạo và hành hạ thú vật sẽ là một trọng tội.

Đạo luật Ngăn chặn hành hạ và Tra tấn động vật nghiêm cấm các hành vi tàn ác đối với thú vật trong thương mại trên cả nước hoặc xảy ra trên tài sản của liên bang. Đạo luật mới được vừa ban hành được xem là rất quan trọng đối với nỗ lực chống tàn bạo đối với thú vật ở Mỹ.

Luật này mở rộng và bổ sung cho Đạo luật về bảo vệ động vật năm 2010, vốn chủ yếu nhắm vào các video mô tả việc hành hạ và đối xử tàn bạo với động vật, nhưng không cấm những hành vi tiềm ẩn. Theo luật mới, các hành vi tàn ác tiềm ẩn sẽ là tội phạm theo luật liên bang.

Theo định nghĩa người biết nói tiếng Việt với gương mặt Á châu, sống tai hải ngoại lai yêu chính sách cai trị của chế độ 1-SVPK gọi là Hồ Kiều...

Vì Hồ kiều thuờng có tâm tánh khoái nhậu thịt chó nên dễ dàng sanh tật hành hạ chó vậy thôi..

Tựa đề nên sửa lại cho chính xác là :

De facto lịch sử chứng minh từ ngày có bọn BK2N ùa vào miền Nam đi chiếm bất động sản của dân Nam.. thì chúng mang theo tập tục nạn chết đói 1945 sanh ra khoái khẩu món thịt cầy...

Chúng liền áp đặt vào khẩu vị dân Miền Nam xem như dẠng GU "BẰC KỲ HÓA" DÂN NAM.

Cái khốn nạn của tụi BK2N khoái ăn thịt chó là ở chổ nào ?

- Là ở chổ có loại gu dị thuờng mà chả dám đứng thẳng lên làm công nghệ nuôi chó chính thức như nuôi gà, nuôi heo....Đó là cái chổ chúng lúc nào cũng luồn cúi đứng khom khom mà ăn thịt chó thôi..Vì chưa dám "chính thức hóa" nuôi chó để cung cấp cho thị trường ghiền ăn thịt chó..

Nay chui ra hải ngoại chúng chỉ ăn 1 cách lén lút như mèo mả gà đồng mà thôi..
sống như thế thì sống làm chi vậy hả mấy em BK2N?

Tội nghiệp cho đám dân 1-SVPK trong xứ 1-SVPk ghiền ăn thịt chó thì tại sao khg dám mở công nghiệp nuôi chó lấy giống cho mập béo rồi ăn như công nghệ nuôi Gà nuôi Heo mà chạy sang xứ người bắt cóc chó của thiên hạ ăn là phạm pháp nhé..
