Hai lao động Việt tại Đài Loan bị phát hiện giết và nấu thịt một con chó cùng nhóm đồng hương. Với hành động này, họ phải đối mặt với án tù và hàng nghìn USD.

Taipei Times hôm nay cho hay Văn phòng Thanh tra Sức khỏe và Bảo vệ Động vật thành phố Đài Trung tối 25/10 nhận được một cuộc gọi trình báo rằng có một con chó bị giết. Họ sau đó đã đột kích vào ký túc xá của các công nhân một nhà máy xử lý nước với sự hỗ trợ của cảnh sát.

Tại căn bếp trong ký túc xá, họ phát hiện đầu một con chó trong túi nilon và 17 lao động người Việt đang ăn một số nồi thịt chó hầm. Ba con chó khác bị xích tại khu nhà được giải cứu và cảnh sát phỏng đoán rằng chúng là chó đi lạc bị nhóm người Việt bắt làm thịt.

Các công tố viên Đài Trung và một nhóm chuyên gia pháp y đã tiến hành kiểm tra 17 lao động trên để tìm ra ai là người giết chó. Các vết máu được phát hiện trên người của một phụ nữ họ Nguyễn 36 tuổi. Tuy nhiên, cô này chỉ thừa nhận đã nấu thịt chó và cho hay một nam công nhân tên Giáp, 52 tuổi, mới là người giết con vật.

Sự việc gây phẫn nộ cho các nhà bảo vệ động vật và những người nuôi thú cưng. Dựa trên bằng chứng thu thập được tại ký túc xá, các công tố viên đã buộc hai lao động Việt tội giết và nấu thịt chó theo Luật Bảo vệ Động vật.

Bộ luật đã sửa đổi và được cơ quan lập pháp Đài Loan thông qua năm ngoái nghiêm cấm hành vi giết và ăn thịt chó, mèo. Người giết chó hoặc mèo có thể bị phạt tới 2 năm tù và phạt tiền tối đa 2 triệu TWD (64.500 USD), trong khi hành vi ăn thịt chó hoặc mèo có thể bị phạt 250.000 TWD (8.000 USD). Mức phạt sẽ tăng nặng với các hành vi tra tấn, bạo hành hoặc sát hại các động vật trong diện được bảo vệ.

thèm gì mà thèm dữ vậy trời. nghèo khổ mới xuất cảnh lao động
xứ người thiều cha gì thứ để ăn tại sao lại phải giết chó ăn thịt để
phạm luật. kiểu này thì không những không giúp được gia đình mà còn
báo hại cả đám . đúng là "đầu to mà óc như trái nho"

Nói thì dễ lắm nhưng lúc lên cơn thèm thì sao?Không lẻ người bình thường không mắc lổi lầm sai trái của người bất bình thường,nếu thiên hạ tốt hết thì còn gì tham sân si để nói nửa....hihihi

Sự kiện này không gọi là thèm những goi là tham, ăn cắp, ăn trộm; thói quen do xã hội và con người sống với CSVN
Xin lỗi bạn, tôi lớn lên ở VN nhưng trong gia đình tôi không bao giờ mua và nấu thịt chó, không dám nói không bao giờ ăn thịt chó, nhưng tôi nhớ rất kỹ là chỉ có một lần đi chơi với bạn bè xã giao nên mới ăn thôi, ăn một miếng tôi không thấy ngon lành gì.

Tôi tự hỏi:

Tụi Hàn lẩn tụi chệt 5-SVPK có một số dân cũng có tật khoái ăn thịt chó vậy ..nhưng chưa thấy tin tức mấy đứa Hàn hay mấy đứa chệt 5-SVPK sống ở Overseas vướn tội về bắt cóc , giết hay ăn thịt chó cả..

Thật là khốn nạn cho chế độ CS Hanoi hỏng biết giáo dục chính con dân của họ như thế nào .. khi đi ra hải ngoại phải làm sao cho đúng tư cách của một công dân 1-SVPK ..

Thiệt là quá tệ đi ...làm cho hình ảnh Vn dưới màu cờ 1-SVPK chả có tiếng "thơm tho" gì cho lắm ..

Một thiểu số dân Khmer cũng có tật khoái ăn thịt chó vậy ...nhưng tại sao khg thấy tin tức dân Khmer sống Overseas chôm chĩa bắt cóc Chó về làm thịt ăn vậy cà...

Xin lỗi bạn, tôi lớn lên ở VN nhưng trong gia đình tôi không bao giờ mua và nấu thịt chó, không dám nói không bao giờ ăn thịt chó, nhưng tôi nhớ rất kỹ là chỉ có một lần đi chơi với bạn bè xã giao nên mới ăn thôi, ăn một miếng tôi không thấy ngon lành gì.
Nghe đồn rằng:

Cái đám trai tráng 1-SVPK trong nước do VC chỉ huy giáo dục "ăn thịt chó" là loại thực phẩm có tánh chất Aphrodisiac ..

Tui thì thích dùng facts mà nói chuyện thôi ..

Dân Mỹ có thích ăn thịt chó khg ? khg bao giờ có truyền thống này :

- Thứ nhất vì nước Mỹ giàu, chưa bao giờ có nạn hay dịch chết đói ngay trong lảnh thổ Mỹ , nên dân Mỹ chưa phát triễn cái gu ăn thịt chó & thịt mèo ..vv ngược lại trong chữ S có Sử bị nạn đói 1945 tại miền Bắc kỳ nên họ nẩy sanh ra mode ăn thịt chó, vậy thôi ..



- Thứ nhì nếu nói về tánh chất Aphrodisiac ..thì cang sai bét nữa ...vì sao ?

Vỉ dân Mỹ tối ngày ăn steak từ thịt Bò nào T bone Steak, nào là Filet Mignon, steak entrecôte...etc vậy mà tụi nó lam kỷ nghệ phim Porn đứng hạng nhất trên thế giới nhé...

Thiên hạ coi thử cái cái clip "Porn" do dân 1-SVPK tự quay ..chưa đến độ sản xuất phim "Kỹ nghệ" như dân Hoa Kỳ..coi thấy ớn và quải chè đậu luôn .. ăn thịt chó Aphrodisiac .. cái gì đây hả ??... còn bị mang tiếng là thứ người "mang rợ".

Nói tóm lại dân 1-SVPK đi ra hải ngoại làm mang tiếng nhục nhả cho quốc thể xứ 1-SVPK quá đi ..

Rồi tới lúc tụi Thanh Tra Mỹ sanh ra gu cứ kiếm dân gốc V mà tra xét coi câu cá có dúng tiêu chuẩn luợng va kích thước con cá khg ?

Thì lúc đó về la um xum với bạn bè bà con rằng "tụi Mỹ kỳ thị . tụi Mỹ kỳ thị" ..
