Hạ viện Mỹ điều trần luận tội đă thất bại, Tổng thống Trump vô can...Việc công khai về bản tốc kư cuộc điện thoại với Tổng thống Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky là con bài cuối cùng của Nhà Trắng. Nó cho thấy ông Trump không hề gây ra bất cứ áp lực ǵ với Ukraine.

Cuộc tṛ chuyện qua điện thoại giữa tổng thống Ukraine và Hoa Kỳ hồi tháng 7 là tâm điểm của vụ bê bối khiến đảng Dân chủ khởi động quá tŕnh luận tội Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump.

Các nghị sĩ đảng Dân chủ cáo buộc ông Trump đă tŕ hoăn khoản viện trợ quân sự cho Ukraine để gây áp lực buộc Tổng thống Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky mở cuộc điều tra có mục đích chính trị chống lại đối thủ chính trị của ḿnh là cựu Phó Tổng thống Joe Biden, người sẽ là đối thủ của ông trong cuộc bầu cử vào năm 2020, để đổi lại việc dỡ bỏ tŕ hoăn khoản viện trợ nói trên.

Phiên điều trần công khai với các quan chức cũ và đương nhiệm trong khuôn khổ cuộc điều tra luận tội tổng thống do Ủy ban T́nh báo Hạ viện Mỹ tiến hành đă bước sang tuần thứ hai.

Hôm 21/11, cơ quan báo chí của Nhà Trắng tuyên bố rằng, những lời khai của đại sứ Hoa Kỳ tại Liên minh châu Âu (EU) là ông Gordon Sondland trong buổi điều trần luận tội Tổng thống Mỹ vào hôm 20/11 đă xác nhận rằng, ông Donald Trump không có lỗi.

Theo Nhà Trắng, Đại sứ Gordon Sondland là người duy nhất có mặt trong những phiên điều trần này đă từng nói chuyện trực tiếp với tổng thống Trump. Ông đă tuyên thệ và đưa ra bằng chứng về điều này trong lời khai của ḿnh và cũng không chỉ một lần khẳng định điều đó.

Sondland trong phiên điều trần luận tội đă tuyên bố rằng, ông ta thấy là “có vẻ như” việc dỡ bỏ tŕ hoăn khoản viện trợ cho Ukraine và cuộc gặp của Trump với Zelensky tùy thuộc vào việc chính quyền Kiev mở cuộc điều tra về hoạt động của Joe Biden và người con trai của ông ta là Hunter Biden, cũng như việc được cho là sự can thiệp của Ukraine vào cuộc bầu cử tổng thống Mỹ năm 2016. Tuy nhiên, đại sứ Sondland đă thừa nhận rằng, Tổng thống Trump trong cuộc nói chuyện với ông ta đă phủ nhận có sự liên quan của những vấn đề trên. Do đó, việc buộc tội ông Trump là không có cơ sở.

Thông cáo cũng lưu ư rằng, Sondland đă tuyên bố rằng, tổng thống Trump chưa bao giờ nói với ông ta là cuộc gặp ở Nhà Trắng hay khoản viện trợ cho Ukraine có liên quan ǵ đến việc đ̣i Zelensky phải công khai lên tiếng. Do đó, việc Tổng thống Trump không có tội là kết luận duy nhất từ phiên điều trần không đáng có vào hôm 20/11.

Tổng thống Donald Trump đă từng tự bảo vệ rằng: “Tôi không muốn ǵ cả. Tôi không cần lấy công trả ơn. Tôi muốn tổng thống Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky hành động đúng đắn” - tuyên bố của cơ quan báo chí Nhà Trắng nêu rơ.

Trước đó, vào ngày 25 tháng 9, trang web của chính phủ Mỹ cũng đă công bố bản tốc kư cuộc tṛ chuyện của ông Trump với ông Zelensky, trong đó thể hiện rằng, ông chủ của Nhà Trắng đă không hề đưa ra bất cứ điều kiện ǵ với Tổng thống Ukraine.

Theo Thông tấn xă Liên bang, bản tường thuật cho thấy, chủ đề hỗ trợ tài chính cho Kiev đă không được đưa ra trong cuộc tṛ chuyện. Nhà lănh đạo Mỹ đă yêu cầu Tổng thống Ukraine nghiên cứu trường hợp của ông Biden. Về điều này, ông Trump tuyên bố rằng, ông không làm ǵ bất hợp pháp và chỉ hoàn thành nghĩa vụ chống tham nhũng.

Theo ư kiến của Nhà Trắng, các nghị sĩ đảng Dân chủ trong Hạ viện lại một lần nữa thất bại khi định chứng tỏ rằng tổng thống Trump đ̣i Ukraine phải ”lấy công trả ơn”. Cuộc điều tra luận tội người đứng đầu nước Mỹ cần phải ngay lập tức chấm dứt tại đây.

Ai thích Trump, ai ghét Trump th́ để trong bụng, hăy chừa hơi lại để dành chửi Bọn Hán Cẫu và lũ CS th́ c̣n hay hơn.
