Tạp chí L'Express tuần này dành trang b́a cho tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump, tổng kết trước nhiệm kỳ tổng thống với tựa đề trang b́a sử dụng hô ngữ thông tục trong tiếng Anh Damned (tạm dịch là "tiêu rồi): “Tiêu rồi! Ông ta không phải cái gì cũng thất bại!”. Một hàng tựa nhỏ chú thích: “Kết quả thực sự việc làm của ông Trump”, bên trên ảnh vẽ hai ông Trump, một đăm chiêu và một nhăn nhó.

Tạp chí dành 14 trang cho hồ sơ, và ghi nhận trước tiên: Cho dù có những cảm nhận rất khác nhau trước phong cách độc đáo của ông, các biểu cảm, phát biểu phô trương, những tiết lộ về hành vi thái quá trong quá khứ, những câu nói văng mạng hay những tràng tin nhắn Twitter của ông, việc đưa ra được một tổng kết khách quan về vị chủ nhân Nhà Trắng là chuyện tế nhị, v́ khá tương phản..

L’Express viết: “Một bên là thành quả tương đối tốt về kinh tế, cộng thêm một số biện pháp thường được dân chúng tán đồng. Nhưng hành động đối ngoại th́ đă khiến quốc tế tự hỏi: Nước Mỹ phải chăng đang mất uy tín trên thế giới?”

Tạp chí ghi nhận: “Với những phát biểu xúc phạm đến cả thế giới, những lời lẽ cay độc, ông Trump nêu lên câu hỏi mà nhiều người Mỹ tự hỏi: Tại sao Hoa Kỳ lại phải tiếp tục vai trò bá quyền thế giới nếu phải chi trả nhiều hơn là được lợi?”

Mỹ còn đáng tin hay không?

Trong bài xă luận, Christian Makarian giải thích là với phong cách gây hoang mang, những tuyên bố văng mạng, Donald Trump đă biến chính sách đối ngoại thành ḥn đá cản đường.

Tác giả ghi nhận hàng loat lời hứa. Về Trung Đông: “Một thỏa thuận ḥa b́nh tối hậu” - Về Bắc Triều Tiên: “Một ngày trọng đại đối với thế giới”, “Hiểm họa đă biến mất” – Về Iran: “Một thỏa thuận tốt hơn” nhờ “sức ép tối đa” – Về Afghanistan: “Giảm bạo động” nhờ đánh đổi với thượng lượng với Taliban - Về Brexit: “Một thỏa thuận thương mại tuyệt vời với Anh Quốc”.

Biết bao giải pháp mà rốt cuộc không thấy kết quả ǵ.

L’Express cho rằng không thể tóm lược chính sách đối ngoại của Donald Trump với phong cách hoàn toàn khinh xuất từng được thấy qua việc bỏ rơi lực lượng Kurdistan ở Syria với lý do: “Ho đă không giúp đở ǵ nhiều cho chúng ta trong thế chiến 2. Họ đă không giúp chúng ta ở Normandie” (ám chỉ cuộc đổ bộ của Mỹ thời đó).

Tuy nhiên, dấu ấn cá nhân của ông Trump trong đối ngoại đă biện minh cho câu hỏi dai dẳng: “C̣n có thể tin vào Mỹ nữa hay không ?

Đă nói là America First mà thường xuyên xen vào, chui vào nội bộ những quốc gia khác: đóng cửa dạy dỗ nhau th́ bị dân Mỹ uưnh u đầu sứt trán, fải vào bệnh viên cứu cấp...đấy là cái ngu đần tự chuốc lấy hậu wả cho hành động của Trump, vị thánh sống, vị tiên tri từ trời fái xuống chỉ để lừa đảo thiên hạ ! Hơn 70 năm gầy dựng, chỉ cần 3 năm Trump khùng là nó fá hoại gần hết: kỳ công này wả thật chỉ có vị tiên tri như Trump mới làm được mà lưu danh hậu thế ! Nhưng sorry, lưu danh ngang hàng với những Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Lenin vv...th́ cũng là lưu danh đấy nhỉ !
