(Fox News) – Tổng trưởng Tư pháp William Barr vào hôm thứ Hai xác nhận, Bộ Tư pháp đang kiểm tra thông tin về Ukraine từ luật sư tư của Tổng thống là Rudy Giuliani và một số người khác.


“Bộ Tư pháp có nghĩa vụ mở cánh cửa cho bất cứ ai muốn cung cấp thông tin mà họ nghĩ có liên quan,” Barr cho truyền thông. “Nhưng như tôi đă nói với Thượng nghị sĩ Lindsey Graham … chúng ta phải hết sức cẩn thận … tôn trọng bất cứ thông tin nào đến từ Ukraine.” Tổng trưởng quay sang giải thích rằng, có nhiều “chương tŕnh nghị sự ở Ukraine,” và nhiều “tư tưởng đối lập.”

“Chúng tôi không thể nhận bất cứ thông tin nào từ Ukraine chỉ dựa vào gía trị bề ngoài,” ông Barr nói. “V́ lư do đó, chúng tôi đă lập ra một thủ tục tiếp nhận tại chỗ để những thông tin về Ukraine có thể được Bộ thẩm tra cẩn thận” nhằm đánh giá độ tin cậy.”

“Và quư vị biết, tất cả những thông tin liên quan đến Ukraine đến tay Bộ Tư pháp, gồm bất cứ thông tin ǵ mà ông Giuliani có thể cung cấp,” ông Barr nói thêm.

Cuối tuần qua, Chủ tịch Uỷ ban Tư pháp Thượng viện Lindsey Graham (Cộng hoà – South Carolina) đă nói về những phương pháp của Bộ Tư pháp trong việc xác minh thông tin do Giuliani thu thập được ở Ukraine. Luật sư tư của Tổng thống tuyên bố có những thông tin liên quan đến cựu Phó Tổng thống Joe Biden và con trai Hunter Biden.

Giuliani trong nhiều tháng qua đă tập trung vào những câu chuyện chung quanh vị trí của Hunter Biden trong ban quản trị công ty năng lượng Burisma của Ukraine, và vai tṛ của ông Joe Biden trong việc hất cẳng công tố viên hàng đầu ở Kiev, người đang điều tra ông chủ của Burisma.

Thượng viện Hoa Kỳ vào tuần trước tha bổng cho Tổng thống hai điều khoản luận tội lạm quyền và cản trở Quốc hội, kết thúc thủ tục luận tội, trong đó chủ yếu tập trung vào những nỗ lực của ông Trump buộc Tổng thống Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky điều tra vấn đề trên. Ông Trump đưa ra yêu cầu với đồng nhiệm sau khi giữ lại hàng triệu Mỹ kim viện trợ quân sự mà Dân chủ cho rằng, rơ ràng cho thấy sự đổi chác “có qua có lại.” Trump khăng khăng phủ nhận việc này.

Trong khi xét xử luận tội đă kết thúc nhưng lưỡng đảng vẫn tiếp tục điều tra những vấn đề quan trọng.

Trên chương tŕnh “Face the Nation” của CBS News vào hôm Chủ nhật, Thượng nghị sĩ Graham cho hay, Bộ Tư pháp đă “tạo ra thủ tục mà Rudy có thể cung cấp thông tin và họ sẽ biết được nếu những thông tin đó đă được xác minh hay không.”

“Rudy Giuliani là một người nổi tiếng,” Graham nói. “Ông ấy là người chống tội phạm. Ông ấy trung thành với Tổng thống, là một luật sư giỏi.”

Mặc dầu vậy Graham cảnh báo, thông tin do Giuliani thâu thập được cần được đưa cho Bộ Tư pháp “v́ nó có thể là thông tin tuyên truyền của Nga.”

Vào tháng trước, Giuliani tuyên bố sẽ tiết lộ chứng cớ “về những tội ác mới đáng kinh ngạc” liên quan đến những tranh căi về Ukraine trong những tuần tới. Giuliani cũng đưa ra những cáo buộc về các khoản hối lộ liên quan đến bố con Biden.

Hiện chưa rơ thời gian Bộ Tư pháp điếu tra những thông tin của Giuliani sẽ kéo dài bao lâu.

Thế là đă bí đường để đem gà nuốt giây thúng ra làm lư do, TT Trump có tính công kích đối thủ đáng ghê tởm của đảng dân chưởi! Để rồi phải làm náo loạn trong cuộc bầu cử tại IOWA, không biết có phải Nga Hack không? Mà Đảng dân chưởi không dám công bố kết quả quá nhục nhà như thế.
