8/11/19, Bloomberg.com – Tổng thống Hoa Kỳ Donald Trump đang học được một bài học về luật của hậu quả không lường trước được.

Chiến dịch vận động tranh cử của ông ta nhằm chống lại một cuộc xâm lăng được cho là của người Mễ, những người di cư qua biên giới Mexico và những ḍng tweet đầy tính kỳ thị chủng tộc của ông ta nhằm chống lại những người thiểu số đă bị chiếu tướng sau những vụ thảm sát súng vào cuối tuần trước.

Và cuộc chiến thương mại gia tăng của ông với Trung Cộng đă khiến Bắc Kinh đ́nh chỉ nhập cảng nông sản của Hoa Kỳ, gây thiệt hại cho các tiểu bang nông nghiệp mà ông ta sẽ rất cần đến để giành chiến thắng trong cuộc bầu cử lại vào năm 2020.

Rồi lại đến Huawei. Như Bloomberg đưa tin, toà Bạch Ốc đang hoăn lại quyết định tái cấp giấy phép cho các công ty Hoa Kỳ khởi động lại hoạt động kinh doanh với gă khổng lồ kỹ thuật Trung Cộng sau khi Trump đưa vào danh sách đen vào tháng 5 về những lo ngại về an ninh quốc gia.

Động tác đó đă báo động các công ty kỹ thuật Hoa Kỳ bao gồm công ty mẹ của Google là Alphabet. Nhưng có một thứ c̣n lớn hơn nhiều so với tổn thất về doanh số: Trump đang buộc Huawei – nhà sản xuất điện thoại thông minh lớn thứ hai thế giới – xây dựng một hệ điều hành đối thủ với Android, hiện cung cấp khoảng 80% thiết bị của thế giới và là ch́a khóa một phần trong kế hoạch kinh doanh của Google.

Huawei đă tung ra những phác thảo ban đầu của phần mềm hệ điều hành đó vào ngày hôm nay. Mặc dù có thể mất nhiều năm để trở thành một sự thay thế nghiêm trọng, nhưng nó sẽ đến.

Đối với mỗi một hành động, đều có một phản ứng. Trump đang học điều đó một cách khó khăn.

Tui không rành về kinh tế nhưng biết chút đỉnh về phần mềm hệ điều hành cho smart phone và máy tính. Tàu chưa bao giờ làm được phần mềm hệ điều hành hoàn chĩnh mà không sao chép của Microsoft,hay Android của Google.
Ngay cả có sao chép làm được th́ c̣n phải cạnh tranh với hđh củ vốn ăn sâu gốc rể người dùng toàn thế giới. Chưa kể các kho phần mềm ứng dụng khác liệu có ai lập tŕnh mới lại cho hđh tàu chệc để xữ dụng v́ nếu là thị trường tàu chệc không thôi th́ không hấp dẫn. Samsung củng có hđh riêng xài nội địa và window mobile sau cùng củng dẹp tiệm.
