Old  Default Việt kiều về VN phải khai báo nơi ở
VBF-Luật mới sẽ có hiệu lực từ ngày 15 tháng 2 năm 2017. Theo đó Việt kiều hoặc người ngoại quốc đến Việt Nam phải khai báo trên trang điện tử của Chính phủ. Nếu ở khách sạn th́ khách sạn sẽ khai báo, c̣n ở nhà tư th́ phải tự lên trang điện tử khai báo.


Người nước ngoài khi đến du lịch, lưu trú ở Việt Nam sẽ bị kiểm soát chặt hơn. (H́nh: Báo Pháp Luật Thành Phố)

HÀ NỘI (NV) – Từ giữa Tháng Hai tới, người nước ngoài khi đến Việt Nam du lịch qua đêm hay lưu trú tại các khách sạn, nhà nghỉ phải kê khai lư lịch cá nhân trên trang thông tin điện tử xuất nhập cảnh để khai báo.

Báo Pháp Luật Thành Phố, ngày 24 Tháng Giêng loan tin, Bộ Công An đă Ban Hành Thông Tư về việc “Quy định cách thức thực hiện khai báo, tiếp nhận thông tin tạm trú của người nước ngoài tại Việt Nam,” có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 15 Tháng Hai, 2017.

Theo đó, các khách sạn, nhà nghỉ phải thực hiện ngay việc khai báo tạm trú cho người nước ngoài khi họ vừa đến “check in” qua trang thông tin điện tử của Pḥng Quản Lư xuất nhập cảnh công an tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc trung ương.

Các cơ sở lưu trú khác (nhà tư nhân), được lựa chọn cách thức khai báo tạm trú cho người nước ngoài, Việt kiều qua trang thông tin điện tử hoặc bằng phiếu khai báo tạm trú. Tuy nhiên, khuyến khích thực hiện qua trang thông tin điện tử.

Vẫn theo “Thông Tư” này: “Người khai báo tạm trú truy cập trang thông tin điện tử, cung cấp thông tin của ḿnh và của cơ sở lưu trú để nhận tài khoản khai báo. Sau khi có tài khoản, người khai báo đăng nhập tài khoản để điền họ tên, giới tính, ngày tháng năm sinh, quốc tịch, số hộ chiếu, thời gian dự kiến tạm trú ở Việt Nam…”

“Với người nước ngoài không có hộ chiếu, giấy tờ thay thế hoặc phát hiện có nghi vấn, cơ sở lưu trú phải báo ngay cho cơ quan công an nơi gần nhất để kiểm tra.

Tài khoản khai báo sẽ tự hủy khi không có thông tin khai báo mới trong thời hạn 12 tháng hoặc khi bị phát hiện khai báo ma thông tin về người nước ngoài hoặc cơ sở lưu trú không chính xác.” (Tr.N)

Chẳng có ǵ mới lạ !
Ngay cả dân việt c̣n phải khai, mổi khi đi tới chổ khác chơi.


Luật mới sẽ có hiệu lực từ ngày 15 tháng 2 năm 2017. Theo đó Việt kiều hoặc người ngoại quốc đến Việt Nam phải khai báo trên trang điện tử của Chính phủ. Nếu ở khách sạn th́ khách sạn sẽ khai báo, c̣n ở nhà tư th́ phải tự lên trang điện tử khai báo.
V.K. hay ngoại quốc th́ same same but different

Trước giờ, ai vào khách sạn đều phải đưa passport để nhân viên đem ra bót khai.
15/2, họ sẻ khai trên mạng.

C̣n tới nhà bà con ở, th́ củng phải ra bót khai; nếu quên th́ 12 giờ khuya có người tới gỏ cửa nhắc nhở phải đi khai ... tức khắc

Chuyện khai báo này rất là nguy hiểm. Tụi nó bắt khai báo thứ nhất là dễ dàng theo dơi, chụp mũ. Tuy nhiên nguy hiểm hơn là chúng sẽ chỉ điểm cho đám cướp đến hỏi thăm nếu thấy ai có vẻ là......giàu có.

Tôi nghĩ nếu không c̣n anh chị bên kia th́ chắc ít người về, nếu chỉ có bà con thôi. Chắc tại gia đ́nh họ có nhiều người không thích đi ra nước ngoài nên họ về thăm? Bản thân tôi th́ không thích về v́ xa xôi quá cho dù c̣n anh chị; mai mốt anh chị qua hết rồi th́ không bao giờ về. Đi xa xôi mà nóng nực nữa
