Nếu chính sách của ông Trump đang “giết” Trung Cộng th́ tại sao giá trị hiệu suất của những ngành sản xuất quan trọng của chính nước Mỹ đều bị rớt thê thảm so với những năm trước?

Vài ngày qua, khá nhiều bạn đề nghị ḿnh chứng minh KHOA HỌC và CỤ THỂ rằng cuộc chiến thương mại giữa Mỹ và Trung Cộng có tác dụng hay không có tác dụng v́ có quá nhiều thông tin trái ngược nhau.

Cá nhân ḿnh không chọn thông tin trên báo chí v́ dễ bị “dán nhăn” báo “cánh tả” hay báo “cánh hữu”, thậm chí được xem là “fake news” (tin bịa) và dẫn đến phủ nhận hoàn toàn thông tin. Bởi vậy, ḿnh dùng thông tin CHÍNH THỨC từ chính phủ Hoa Kỳ. Cụ thể trong trường hợp này là thông tin thống kê từ Bộ Lao Động Hoa Kỳ và Bộ Thương Mại Hoa Kỳ.

Theo thông tin của Bộ Thương Mại Hoa Kỳ [1] th́ năm 2018 Hoa Kỳ nhập từ TQ trị giá $539.5 tỉ, gia tăng 6.7% so với 2017 và 59.7% so với 2008. Cán cân thương mại bị lệch (Hoa Kỳ bội chi cho Trung Quốc) là 419.2 tỉ đô la trong năm 2018, tăng 11.6% so với 2017. Nếu cho rằng tariff ông Trump đang “giết Trung Cộng” th́ tại sao Hoa Kỳ lại bội chi và tính hiệu suất kinh tế trong ngành sản xuất của Hoa Kỳ lại giảm so với những năm trước? Hăy dựa vào một số “món hàng” mà Hoa Kỳ nhập từ Trung Quốc để xét tính hiệu suất của ngành sản xuất quan trọng tại Hoa Kỳ.

1. Thử xét “electrical machinery” (máy móc điện tử). Theo thống kê của Bộ Lao Động Hoa Kỳ về hiệu suất kinh tế của ngành thiết bị và máy móc điện tử [2] th́ thấy tính hiệu suất rớt từ 96.322% của năm 2008 xuống c̣n 88.361%. Từ khi ông Obama xuống, ông Trump lên th́ tính hiệu suất rớt từ 93.832% năm 2016 xuống c̣n 89.552% năm 2017 và chỉ c̣n 88.361% năm 2018. (xem h́nh 1)

2. Thử xét “furniture & bedding” (nội thất và giường tủ). Theo thống kê của Bộ Lao Động Hoa Kỳ về hiệu suất kinh tế của ngành sản xuất nội thất và giưởng tủ [3] th́ tính hiệu suất rớt từ 103.042% năm 2008 xuống c̣n 99.306% năm 2018. Từ khi ông Obama xuống, ông Trump lên th́ hiệu suất rớt từ 104.835% năm 2016 xuống c̣n 101.631% năm 2017 và chỉ c̣n 99.306% năm 2018. (xem h́nh 2)

3. Thử xét “food manufactoring” (sản xuất thực phẩm). Theo thống kê của Bộ Lao Động Hoa Kỳ về hiệu suất kinh tế của ngành sản xuất thực phẩm [4] th́ tính hiệu suất giảm sút từ 98.844% của năm 2008 xuống c̣n 92.692% của năm 2018. Từ khi ông Obama xuống, ông Trump lên th́ hiệu suất rớt từ 98.237% xuống c̣n chỉ 95.657% cho năm 2017 và 92.692% cho năm 2018. (xem h́nh 3)

4. Thử xét đến “plastics manufactoring” (sản xuất đồ nhựa). Theo thống kê của Bộ Lao Động Hoa Kỳ về hiệu suất kinh tế của ngành sảnh xuất đồ nhựa [5] th́ hiệu suất năm 2018 (91.403%) rớt xa so với 2012 (101.657%). Từ khi ông Obama xuống và ông Trump lên th́ hiệu suất ngành này đi từ 98.544% (2016) xuống 94.552% (2017) và tiếp tục rớt xuống c̣n 91.403% (năm 2018). (xem h́nh 4)

5. Ngay cả ngành sản xuất máy tính và linh kiện (Computer and Electronic Product Manufacturing) là thứ Hoa Kỳ rất tự hào cũng rớt thê thảm, từ 113.020% của năm 2011 xuống chỉ c̣n 102.521% [6]. (xem h́nh 5)

Nếu chính sách của ông Trump đang “giết” Trung Cộng th́ tại sao giá trị hiệu suất của những ngành sản xuất quan trọng của chính nước Mỹ đều bị rớt thê thảm so với những năm trước? Chịu khó vô đây https://www.bls.gov/iag/tgs/iag31-33.htm và xem từng phần thống kê của chính phủ Hoa Kỳ cho măn nhăn.

Ai không biết “ustr.gov” và “bls.gov” là cái ǵ mà la toáng lên là “fake news” (tin giả) hay “left media” (tin cánh tả)....th́ đừng vô trang của chính phủ.

Hahaaa... đúng rồi, cần chi chuẩn bị tập 3 ?

Cái hôm vừa bầu xong ông Trump đắc cử kỳ 2, là coi như mọi trọng trách, nhiệm vụ, lư do ông ta sống ở đời này đă hoàn tất.

Từ hôm đó về sau, mọi công việc, Tàu chết hay không chết chắc ổng cũng không màng. Mấy tên thổ tả truyền thông fake news ngứa tai ổng cũng không là cái con rệp ǵ nữa..

Chọn tin ở đâu cũng vậy, có tránh được đâu chứ. Đụng chạm đến ông Trump thân mến của tui là tui dán nhăn liền.

Bây giờ ông tác giả chọn tin trong trang GOV hả? Tui khỏi cần biết GOV, cứ dán tỉnh queo nè --> FAKE NEWS!

Bác Trump đă huấn luyện chu đáo rồi.

Chính phủ hay GOV cũng vậy.

Không phải là nguồn tin từ đâu ra.

Mà là do người ta thích hay không thích.

Đưa tin đáng ghét ra th́ cứ phang trước là fake news cái đă, họ thông báo rằng tin của GOV th́ ta quẹo cái phẹt sang GREENLAND liền và GOV sẽ biến mất theo, có sao đâu?

Lie #1
During the Trump–Russia collusion ordeal, Adam Schiff told Americans he had absolute proof that Donald Trump had colluded with the Russians to win the election.
That, as we all now know, was a complete lie. Schiff was never held accountable for his lies, though. In fact, even after it was proven that he lied, he continued to double down on his claims.
Lie #2
Months later, Schiff read a “transcript” of Donald Trump’s July call with Ukraine’s president — and that was his second big lie.
Schiff gave what he later called a “parody” of Trump’s comments, which ended up being much more incriminating than an actual transcript of the call showed.
But the damage had already been done.
Lie #3
The proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back happened when Schiff was questioned by a reporter about the whistleblower complaint as to whether or not he — or his team — had been in contact with the individual that had filed the complaint.
Schiff said he did not, but again, we now know that to be yet another lie. Prior to filing the complaint, the CIA whistleblower was in direct contact with Schiff’s staffers, so now Schiff is trying to spin that.
Americans no longer trust politicians, and it is because President Trump has been exposing them all as hypocrites and liars — with Schiff leading the pack.
