(Washington Post) – Toà Bạch Ốc dự tính chống lại trát đ̣i cựu luật sư Donald McGahn ra khai trước Uỷ ban Tư pháp Hạ viện, bổ sung một tranh chấp khác trong thời hậu báo cáo của Công tố viên đặc biệt Robert Mueller.

Chính phủ ông Trump cũng tính phản đối những yêu cầu các cố vấn đương nhiệm hoặc cựu cố vấn Toà Bạch Ốc ra điều trần liên quan đến hành động của Toà Bạch Ốc được ghi rơ trong bản báo cáo kết luận điều tra của ông Mueller. Washington Post loan tin dựa vào hai nguồn thông thạo sự việc.

Ban cố vấn pháp lư của Toà Bạch Ốc tính sẽ đề nghị luật sư đại diện các nhân chứng trong nội các khẳng định đặc quyền hành pháp liên quan đến lời khai của họ trước các uỷ ban Hạ viện.

Uỷ ban Tư pháp muốn bảo đảm phiên điều trần của McGahn sẽ diễn ra với hy vọng tập trung vào khả năng ông Trump đă cản trở công lư trong một loạt các phiên điều trần công khai trong mùa xuân này, trong khi t́m hiểu khả năng “lạm dụng quyền lực.”

Phiên điều trần công khai của McGahn có thể thu hút sự chú ư không khác ǵ phiên điều trần cựu cố vấn pháp lư Toà Bạch Ốc dưới thời Tổng thống Richard Nixon vào tháng 6 năm 1973. tại bác không vô trang tin members chứ cứ vô tiếu lâm, quán cà phê, thiên đường mù, thơ thẩn, trang của lính...th́ 1 ngày không xa bác đủ túc số để lên loon....hahahhahah
