Theo một số chuyên gia bất động sản, tài liệu thuế của Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump do ProPublica công bố cho thấy có khả năng ông chủ Nhà Trắng đă gian lận tài chính.

Theo Business Insider, các tài liệu do ProPublica công bố là một phần của tập hồ sơ về 4 bất động sản của ông Trump tại New York, bao gồm Trump International Hotel and Tower, 40 Wall Street, Trump Tower và 1290 Avenue of America.

Hồ sơ thuế về ṭa nhà 40 Wall Street và Trump International Hotel and Tower được cho là có sự không nhất quán dẫn đến những nghi ngờ. Cụ thể, những con số này khiến hai bất động sản này có giá trị cao, hấp dẫn đối với các ngân hàng cho vay, trong khi lại trở thành tài sản có giá trị thấp hơn đối với cơ quan thuế.

Ví dụ hồi năm 2017, theo ProPublica, Tổng thống Trump đă nói với một ngân hàng cho vay rằng ông nhận được số tiền cho thuê từ một ṭa nhà cao gấp đôi so với mức ông khai báo với cơ quan thuế vào năm đó.

Giáo sư tài chính Nancy Wallace thuộc Trường Kinh doanh Haas (Đại học California) đánh giá bà không thể hiểu được tại sao có sự mâu thuẫn này. Bà cho rằng đó là một h́nh thức lừa đảo.

Trước đó, ông Trump đă vài lần bị tố gian lận tài chính. Năm 2018, New York Times khẳng định ông chủ Nhà Trắng sử một một số chiêu tṛ né thuế để che giấu khoản thừa kế 400 triệu USD trước con mắt nḥm ngó của Sở Thuế vụ Mỹ (IRS).

Tháng 9 vừa qua, điều tra của Mother Jones cho thấy ông chủ Nhà Trắng có thể đă bịa ra một khoản vay ngân hàng để tránh phải trả 50 triệu USD tiền thuế thu nhập.

Tổng thống Mỹ từng nhiều lần khẳng định ông không hề gian lận tài chính. Ông giải thích không công bố hồ sơ thuế v́ chúng đang được kiểm toán. Tuy nhiên, ông Trump có thể sẽ phải sớm cung cấp hồ sơ thuế cho nhà chức trách.

Vào ngày 7/10, thẩm phán Victor Marrero yêu cầu Trump chuyển giao hồ sơ thuế cho các công tố viên New York. Họ đang điều tra nghi vấn ông chủ Nhà Trắng vi phạm luật bang New York bằng chiêu giả mạo hồ sơ kinh doanh.

Vài ngày sau, Ṭa phúc thẩm Mỹ tại quận Columbia cũng ra lệnh cho Tổng thống Mỹ cung cấp hồ sơ thuế cho Ủy ban Giám sát Nhà Trắng. Ṭa án nhấn mạnh các nghị sĩ Mỹ có quyền kiểm tra những tài liệu này.

Trong khi đó, các luật sư của ông Trump tuyên bố sẽ kiện lên Ṭa án Tối cao để chống lại hai phán quyết này.

bác cho tui hỏi cái đèn làm cho da trắng thành vàng, vậy cái đèn này có làm cho da vàng thàng da trắng không vậy????

bác hỏi làm Hai Lúa tui cũng fải lịch sự nhường cho những người "dính dáng" vậy..sorry...Hai Lúa tui nghĩ, có lẽ Trump muốn che giấu sự giận dữ mỗi khi lên cơn..động kinh , mặt mày đỏ ké như con kỳ nhông này ...nên mới lo cụ bị, mua đèn LED của Obama thay v́ đi tắm nắng thoa kem vậy...Trump có sở thích xài đồ chùa, xài xong rồi chửi, 0 thôi người khác biết là ḿnh đă xài qua..
