Những tweets do Tổng thống Donald Trump gửi ra "làm mất uy tín'' của Bộ trưởng Tư pháp Hoa Kỳ William Barr, khiến ''ông William Barr không thể làm được việc của ḿnh", v́ vậy đă đến lúc phải dừng việc tweet về các vụ án h́nh sự của Bộ Tư pháp.

Những lời chỉ trích Donald Trump được ông Barr đưa ra trong bối cảnh Bộ Tư pháp bị xem xét kỹ lưỡng về việc xử lư một vụ án liên quan đến Roger Stone - một cựu cố vấn bị kết án của tổng thống.

Bộ trưởng Tư pháp William Barr thường bị cáo buộc luôn cúi đầu trước áp lực của tổng thống.

B́nh luận của ông Barr biểu hiện dấu hiệu sự khó chịu với ông Trump hiếm thấy từ người có quyền lực cao nhất trong bộ tư pháp.

"Tôi nghĩ đă đến lúc phải dừng việc tweet về các vụ án h́nh sự của Bộ Tư pháp", ông Barr nói với ABC News.

"Tôi không thể thực thi trách nhiệm của ḿnh tại bộ tư pháp này với hàng loạt những lời b́nh luận đằng sau liên lục hạ uy tín của tôi," ông nói thêm.
Chủ tịch Thượng viện Mitch McConnell nói rằng tổng thống nên lắng nghe lời khuyên của ông Barr.

"Nếu bộ trưởng tư pháp nói rằng những tweets này cản trở công việc của ông, tổng thống nên lắng nghe bộ trưởng tư pháp", thượng nghị sĩ đảng Cộng ḥa nói với Fox News.

Giận dữ lan rộng trong quần chúng tuần này khi Bộ Tư pháp cho biết họ có kế hoạch giảm án tù mà họ sẽ đề nghị cho Stone, một người bạn lâu năm của tổng thống.

Stone đă bị kết án vào tháng 11 v́ cản trở một cuộc điều tra của Ủy ban T́nh báo Hạ viện về sự can thiệp của Nga trong cuộc bầu cử năm 2016.

Các công tố viên liên bang ban đầu khuyến nghị rằng Stone phải đối mặt với bảy đến chín năm tù v́ cố gắng cản trở cuộc điều tra.

Theo một tài liệu của Netflix , Roger Stone là người thuyết phục Donald Trump ra tranh cử tổng thống

Tổng thống nhanh chóng lên tiếng phản đối khuyến nghị này, tweet: "Đây là một t́nh huống kinh khủng và rất bất công".

Bộ Tư pháp sau đó đă ghi bác đề nghị của chính nhóm công tố riêng của ḿnh, khiến dư luận đặt ra câu hỏi về việc liệu ông Barr có can thiệp vào bản án thay mặt cho ông Trump hay không. Bốn công tố viên liên quan đến vụ xử này, sau đó đồng loạt từ chức.

Tổng thống Trump ca ngợi ông Barr đă "cáng đáng" sự việc.
Ông Barr khẳng định tổng thống "chưa bao giờ yêu cầu tôi làm bất cứ điều ǵ trong một vụ án h́nh sự", nhưng nói rằng các tweet của ông về các vụ án đang diễn ra khiến tôi "không thể làm được việc của ḿnh".

"Bạn có tiếp tục với những ǵ bạn nghĩ là quyết định đúng hay bạn rút lại v́ tweet? Và đó là một minh họa cho việc những tweet này có thể gây rối như thế nào", ông nói.

Ông Barr nói thêm: "Tôi sẽ không bị bắt nạt hoặc bị ảnh hưởng bởi bất kỳ ai ... cho dù đó là Quốc hội, ban biên tập của một tờ báo hay tổng thống."

Bộ trưởng Tư pháp nói rằng ông hy vọng ông Trump sẽ tôn trọng lời nói của ông.

"Tôi hy vọng ông ấy sẽ phản ứng," anh nói.

Ông Barr được bổ nhiệm làm bộ trưởng tư pháp vào tháng Hai năm ngoái. Ông được coi là một đồng minh thân cận của tổng thống, trái ngược với mối quan hệ căng thẳng mà ông Trump có với người tiền nhiệm của ông Barr, Jeff Sessions.

Tui xin xác nhận lần nữa là Trump có năo. Không những vậy mà c̣n có tới 2 bộ năo lận. Mỗi bộ nằm trong một trứng, dính phía sau cái "tiny head" của Trump.
Đó là lư do tại sao lúc "thằng nhỏ" suy nghĩ và ra lệnh là "thằng lớn" 0 bao giờ kiềm chế được. LOL
