Newsweek - Mặc dù ông Trump thường tự nhận ḿnh là một người cực kỳ thông minh, nhưng nhiều người cho rằng đă chứng kiến "vẻ mặt không hiểu ǵ của ông khi cố gắng nói những điều thông thái".

Mới đây, 1 quyển sách có tên "A Warning" (tạm dịch: Lời cảnh báo) đă được ra mắt tại Mỹ. Tác giả của cuốn sách này là một quan chức giấu tên ở Nhà Trắng. Phần lớn nội dung trong 260 trang sách viết về những điều mà tác giả cho là "đáng báo động" về ông Trump .

Dù tự nhận là "không đủ tŕnh độ để đánh giá chính xách tâm lư của ông Trump", nhưng quan chức giấu tên này khẳng định "bất ḱ người b́nh thường nào tiếp xúc với tổng thống Donald Trump cũng đều không thoải mái với những ǵ họ chứng kiến".

"Ông ấy nói vấp, hay mắng nhiếc, dễ hiểu lầm, dễ nổi nóng, nhiều lúc không tổng hợp được thông tin," tác giả viết.

"Tổng thống Trump không nhớ nổi ông ấy nói ǵ hoặc đă nghe được những ǵ. Người Mỹ đă quen với việc ông Trump tự phủ nhận những ǵ ḿnh đă nói. Đôi lúc đây là cách để né tránh trách nhiệm".

Tuy nhiên, cuốn sách cho rằng không phải ông Trump cố t́nh, mà ông Trump "thực sự không nhớ những thông tin quan trọng".

Lấy ví dụ cho việc này, tác giả kể về lần ông Trump nói "không nhớ rằng đă nghe về cơn băo Cấp độ 5 bao giờ chưa", mặc dù trước đó ông Trump đă được cung cấp thông tin về ít nhất 4 cơn băo Cấp độ 5 khác từng xảy ra trước đây.

"Có phải ông ấy đă quên sạch những buổi cung cấp thông tin ấy không? Hay phức tạp hơn, có phải ông Trump chẳng hề để tâm? Đây là những sự kiện ảnh hưởng tới hàng triệu người Mỹ, vậy mà ông Trump c̣n không chịu chú ư," tác giả đặt ra câu hỏi.

Bên cạnh đó, mặc dù tổng thống Mỹ thường tự nhận ḿnh là một người cực kỳ thông minh, nhưng nhiều người cho rằng đă chứng kiến "vẻ mặt không hiểu ǵ khi cố gắng nói những điều thông thái" của ông Trump trong rất nhiều đề tài mà ông nói hiểu rất rơ.

"Đây là lư do tại sao rất nhiều quan chức cấp cao dưới quyền nói rằng ông Trump không thông minh," cuốn sách viết.

Đề cập tới khả năng ghi nhớ những thuật ngữ đơn giản, tác giả giấu tên nhận xét ông Trump "lười suy nghĩ một cách đáng kinh ngạc".

Chưa dừng ở đó, sách c̣n nhắc tới việc ông Trump hiếm khi đọc và thường yêu cầu các buổi cung cấp thông tin đưa ra ít chữ, nhiều h́nh ảnh hơn.

"Trong đời sống thực tế, một CEO thành công phải tiếp nhận rất nhiều thông tin, về các vấn đề khí hậu, về đối thủ cạnh tranh, về sản phẩm và xu hướng tiêu dùng. Vậy làm thế nào để điều hành tổ chức nếu không chịu đọc thông tin? Tất nhiên kết quả sẽ không tốt đẹp ǵ," các quan chức giấu tên viết.
