Bộ Ngoại giao Trung Quốc đã phản ứng dữ dội vì tấm biển với dòng chữ "Cấm chó và người TQ" xuất hiện trong một bộ phim truyền hình Tây Ban Nha.


Tấm biển khiến Bắc Kinh phản ứng dữ dội với Madrid
Bắc Kinh khẳng định một tập phim mới đây trong bộ phim truyền hình nhiều tập mang tên Aida trên truyền hình Tây Ban Nha đã "sỉ nhục" người Trung Quốc và đòi hỏi phải "sửa chữa sai lầm".
Tấm biển này đã xuất hiện trong tập phim được chiếu hôm 18/5 trên kênh truyền hình tư nhân Telecinco của Tây Ban Nha.
Phát ngôn viên Bộ Ngoại giao Trung Quốc Hồng Lỗi tuyên bố: "Kênh truyền hình này thường xuyên chiếu các chương trình sỉ nhục người Hoa và nổi bật với việc vu khống người Trung Quốc. Từ lâu người Trung Quốc làm việc cật lực tại Tây Ban Nha, tuân thủ các luật lệ, quy định và đóng góp tích cực vào nền kinh tế, tiến bộ xã hội cũng như đa dạng văn hóa ở Tây Ban Nha. Chúng tôi đòi hỏi phải nhìn nhận sai lầm, nghiêm chỉnh tiếp nhận yêu cầu của công chúng và sửa chữa các lỗi lầm".
Trong tập phim nói trên, các nhà buôn lo ngại khi thấy một người Hoa là ông Vương mở ra một quán bar kiêm quán trà và tạp hóa ở bên cạnh.
Mediaset, tập đoàn Ý chủ quản kênh Telecinco, đã đưa ra thông báo cho rằng đây chỉ là hài hước và nêu ra quyền được châm biếm. Theo đó: "Aida là một phim giả tưởng. Nhân vật trung tâm ở đây là Mauricio Colmenero, một người đàn ông phân biệt chủng tộc, gia trưởng và phát-xít, là hiện thân cho tất cả những gì chúng ta không muốn thấy trong xã hội. Các quan điểm của nhân vật này không đại diện cho đường hướng biên tập của chúng tôi, ngược lại chúng tôi còn sử dụng để châm biếm kiểu suy nghĩ đó".
Đại sứ quán Tây Ban Nha ở Trung Quốc đã ra thông cáo nói rằng "rất tiếc về sự bất bình gây ra nơi cộng đồng người Hoa. Quan điểm do nhân vật hư cấu biểu lộ trong bộ phim nhất định không đại diện cho tình cảm nghĩ trong xã hội Tây Ban Nha đối với người Hoa định cư tại đất nước chúng tôi".
Đây là lần thứ ba trong một năm các chương trình của Telecinco gây phẫn nộ cho Trung Quốc. Trong một chương trình đặc biệt dành cho ngày đầu năm mới, một tiểu phẩm hài nói xa gần về việc các nhà hàng Trung Quốc bán thịt chó mèo.
Một số tài liệu ở Trung Quốc cho rằng tấm biển "Cấm chó và người TQ" đã được đặt ngay lối vào một công viên ở Thượng Hải khi thành phố này là thuộc địa của các nước phương Tây, cách đây hơn 100 năm. Tuy nhiên, nhiều nhà sử học nghi ngờ tính xác thực của thông tin này.
