Tổng thống Mỹ Doanld Trump đã xúc phạm các nữ nghị sĩ da màu. Ông kêu họ rời xứ cờ hoa, trở về xây dựng quê hương gốc gác của họ khi chỉ trích chính sách của Mỹ. Vì vậy...

"Thật thú vị khi thấy các nữ nghị sỹ Dân chủ 'tiến bộ' tới từ các quốc gia mà chính phủ của họ hoàn toàn là một thảm họa toàn diện, lên tiếng dạy đời người Mỹ về cách chính phủ của chúng ta nên được điều hành thế nào", ông Trump viết trên Twitter hôm 14/7.

"Tại sao họ không quay lại và giúp cải tổ các quốc gia đổ vỡ và tràn ngập tội phạm vốn là gốc gác của họ rồi quay lại và cho chúng ta thấy những cải tổ đó được thực hiện như thế nào. Những nơi này cần sự giúp đỡ của quư vị. Tôi chắc rằng bà Nancy Pelosi sẽ rất vui ḷng nếu cấp vé để các vị về nước miễn phí", ông nhấn mạnh.

Mặc dù không đề cập tới những cái tên cụ thể, nhưng lời công kích này của Tổng thống Trump được cho là nhắm vào 4 nữ dân biểu đang phục vụ nhiệm kỳ đầu tiên trong Quốc hội gồm: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, đại diện cho New York, Ilhan Omar đại diện cho Minnesota, Ayanna Pressley, đại diện bang Massachusetts và Rashida Tlaib, điện diện bang Michigan. 4 cái tên này thường xuyên đưa ra các tuyên bố chỉ trích nhà lănh đạo Mỹ về các chính sách của ông. 1 trong số họ mới đây cũng công kích dữ dội Chủ tịch Hạ viện Nancy Pelosi.

Trong số 4 cái tên này, chỉ có Omar không lớn lên tại Mỹ mà theo gia đ́nh tới Minneapolis tị nạn vào năm 1997. 3 người c̣n lại là người gốc Puerto Rico, Palestine và gốc Phi.

Tuyên bố của Tổng thống Trump lập tức làm dấy lên làn sóng tranh căi. Nhiều người cho rằng ông đă sử dụng ngôn ngữ nặng về phân biệt chủng tộc với người da màu.

Bản thân nữ nghị sỹ Ocasio-Cortez khẳng định cô tới từ nước Mỹ và quốc gia cô tuyên thệ là nước Mỹ, cho rằng cách mà ông Trump phản ứng cho thấy ông đang tức giận v́ không thể mường tượng được một đất nước mà không có những người như cô.

Thậm chí tới cả bà Pelosi cũng thừa nhận nhận xét của Tổng thống Trump "nặng tính bài ngoại".

"Khi Tổng thống Trump nói với 4 nữ nghị sỹ Mỹ trở về đất nước của họ, ông ấy đang tái khẳng định kế hoạch làm nước nước Mỹ vĩ đại trở lại mang bản chất là 'làm cho nước Mỹ trắng trở lại'", bà Pelosi cho hay.

Thượng Nghị sĩ Dick Durbin tới từ Illinois thắc mắc liệu ông có đủ "tiêu chuẩn" mà Tổng thống Trump đề cập khi gia đ́nh của ông có gốc gác từ Litva
