Trả lời phỏng vấn Fox News đăng ngày 18-11, Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump đă bác chuyện ông sẽ cố gắng sửa đổi Hiến pháp tăng số nhiệm kỳ tổng thống để có thể chạy đua thêm nhiệm kỳ thứ ba, nói giới hạn tám năm là điều tốt.

“Ông có nghĩ đến t́nh huống ông đang ở nhiệm kỳ thứ hai và nghĩ ḿnh có ích cho đất nước, rất quan trọng với tiến tŕnh phát triển của đất nước, và rồi ông sẽ cố sửa đổi Hiến pháp để có thể phục vụ thêm nhiệm kỳ thứ ba?” – nhà báo Chris Wallace của Fox News hỏi ông Trump trong cuộc phỏng vấn được thực hiện ngày 16-11.

“Không. Sẽ không xảy ra. Tôi nghĩ giới hạn tám năm là điều tốt, không phải điều tệ” – ông Trump trả lời.

Tu chính án thứ 22 được Quốc hội Mỹ ban hành năm 1947- không lâu sau nhiệm kỳ thứ tư của Tổng thống Franklin Delano Roosevelt - giới hạn số nhiệm kỳ tổng thống là 2.

Trong một sự kiện gây quỹ cho đảng Cộng ḥa hồi tháng 3, ông Trump từng nói đùa rằng ông ngưỡng mộ việc Trung Quốc bỏ giới hạn nhiệm kỳ chủ tịch nước. Tuy nhiên thực tế ông chưa bao giờ nói nghiêm túc về khả năng sửa đổi Hiến pháp để làm điều tương tự ở Mỹ. Nếu muốn thay đổi bất kỳ điều khoản nào trong Hiến pháp đều phải được 2/3 Hạ viện lẫn Thượng viện thông qua.

Ông Trump năm nay 72 tuổi, và theo The Hill th́ ông đă làm hết các thủ tục để chạy đua ở nhiệm kỳ thứ hai vào năm 2020.

Nghĩ làm TT Mỹ cũng sướng nhỉ: "vô tư" nói láo và bỡn cợt 24/7 khắp nơi hang cùng ngơ hẻm mà 0 bị bắt bỏ tù ! Đối với Trump làm TT chỉ là reality show 0 hơn 0 kém, bullshit showman !

Tuy nhiên..Trump biết khôn đấy thôi, v́ 2020 là ngồi xe lăn có Kavanaugh đẩy giùm, làm ǵ mà đủ sức khỏe mà tái ứng cử...hơn nữa cứ nh́n vào midterms là hú vía, v́ Thương Viện khó rơi vào ĐDC mà kết cuộc cũng chả lấy được bao nhiêu...và v́ Trump khùng mà phụ nữ vùng lên truất phế hắn qua lá phiếu vũ băo...damn your dirty hands !

Nhóm chống ông Trump có 2 trường phái.
Trường phái thứ nhất là đang hưởng tiền an sinh xă hội cho nên rất sợ bị cắt giảm.
Trường phái thứ hai là bợ đít tàu v́ không muốn ông Trump đánh tàu, v́ đánh tàu xong cọng sản sẽ không c̣n chốn dung thân.

nếu trâm có muốn sữa hiến pháp mỹ th́ quỳ lạy bà nacy pelosi cái truớc đă . nhớ lạy 3 cái nha trâm . lạy như con lạy mẹ vậy đó . sau đó quỳ lạy cái thêm trăm triệu nguời dân đen nữa. sau đó trâm sẽ đuợc sữa đổi hiến pháp của mỹ

hay c̣n một cái nữa là trâm qua bên hán cẩu quỳ lạy nó cho vô quốc tịch chệt. lúc đó trâm tha hồ làm tonton suốt đời luôn
