Mặc dù đă được minh oan nhưng Chủ tịch Ủy ban T́nh báo Hạ viện Mỹ Adam Schiff cho rằng Tổng thống Donald Trump vẫn có nguy cơ bị luận tội dù kết quả cuộc điều tra của công tố viên đặc biệt cho thấy ông chủ Nhà Trắng không thông đồng với Nga.

Trong khi công chúng vẫn đang băn khoăn nội dung chính xác của báo cáo về kết quả cuộc điều tra do công tố viên đặc biệt Robert Mueller thực hiện liên quan tới nghi vấn Nga can thiệp cuộc bầu cử tổng thống Mỹ năm 2016 cũng như nghi vấn Tổng thống Donald Trump thông đồng với Nga, Chủ tịch Ủy ban T́nh báo Hạ viện Mỹ Adam Schiff khẳng định vẫn c̣n quá sớm để đưa ra kết luận cho tới khi toàn bộ kết quả của cuộc điều tra này được công bố.

Trước đó, Bộ trưởng Tư pháp Mỹ William Barr ngày 24/3 đă công bố báo cáo tóm tắt về kết quả cuộc điều tra do ông Mueller thực hiện độc lập trong suốt 2 năm và khẳng định, công tố viên đặc biệt không t́m thấy bất kỳ cá nhân hay quan chức nào trong đội ngũ tranh cử của ông Trump bị coi là có hợp tác với Nga. Sau khi đọc xong báo cáo điều tra của công tố viên đặc biệt, Bộ trưởng Barr nói rằng không t́m được đủ bằng chứng để cáo buộc Tổng thống Trump cản trở pháp lư.

Sau tuyên bố của bộ trưởng tư pháp, luật sư riêng của Tổng thống Trump, ông Rudy Giuliani, đă yêu cầu Chủ tịch Ủy ban T́nh báo Hạ viện Adam Schiff phải đưa ra lời xin lỗi v́ trước đó từng cáo buộc “có bằng chứng chắc chắn cho thấy sự thông đồng giữa chiến dịch tranh cử của ông Trump với Nga”. Tuy vậy, ông Schiff đă lên tiếng phản bác.

“Tôi nghĩ ông Giuliani nên khôn ngoan chờ đợi cho tới khi các báo cáo được công bố, trước khi đưa ra bất kỳ tuyên bố xác thực nào”, nghị sĩ Adam Schiff nói.

Xuất hiện trong chương tŕnh “This Week”, ông Schiff nói rằng hiện “vẫn c̣n quá sớm” để nói rằng Quốc hội sẽ không xem xét luận tội Tổng thống Trump, v́ “nếu có bất kỳ bằng chứng chắc chắn nào cho thấy hành vi phạm tội của tổng thống, Quốc hội vẫn cần phải cân nhắc về vấn đề này”.

Chủ tịch Ủy ban T́nh báo Hạ viện Mỹ kêu gọi Bộ trưởng Tư pháp công bố toàn bộ báo cáo về kết quả điều tra của công tố viên đặc biệt trong thời gian “càng sớm càng tốt”. Ông Schiff cho rằng một bản tóm tắt về kết quả cuộc điều tra sẽ không thể giải thích hết vấn đề, đồng thời nhấn mạnh sự cần thiết của việc “minh bạch hóa hoàn toàn”.

Cũng theo ông Schiff, công tố viên đặc biệt Robert Mueller đă “mắc sai lầm” khi không phỏng vấn Tổng thống Trump trong quá tŕnh điều tra.

“Đó là một sai lầm khi chỉ trông cậy vào những câu trả lời bằng văn bản của tổng thống”, ông Schiff nói hôm 24/3.

Tháng 11/2018, đội ngũ pháp lư của Tổng thống Trump đă gửi câu trả lời bằng văn bản của ông chủ Nhà Trắng cho ông Mueller để giải đáp những câu hỏi do công tố viên đặc biệt yêu cầu trước đó. Ông Trump từ chối thực hiện cuộc phỏng vấn với ông Mueller v́ cho rằng đây có thể là một “cái bẫy” pháp lư.

Ông Giuliani, luật sư riêng của Tổng thống Trump và là cựu thị trưởng New York, nhiều lần nói rằng tổng thống muốn ngồi phỏng vấn với ông Mueller, tuy nhiên ông Giuliani khuyên ông Trump không nên làm vậy.

“Tôi có thể hiểu rơ tại sao những luật sư như Giuliani không ủng hộ việc phỏng vấn, v́ tổng thống là người dường như không có khả năng nói sự thật trong thời gian dài”, ông Schiff nói.

TT Trump chưa hết tội đâu. Ông c̣n một tội rất lớn đó là tội chưa tống cổ bọn Dâm Chủ vào tù, làm được điều này lúc đó mới hết tội.

Sáng nay đi làm Freeway nào cũng kẹt xe chưa từng thấy bao giờ. Lúc đến gần mới thấy nhiều xác chết nhảy cầu Freeway lúc nào không biết, theo báo cáo của PL th́ đây là những tên của đảng dân chủ và bọn cuồng chống Trump, vậy ai là thân nhân cũa lũ chó đẻ này, ra bất cứ Freeway nào gần nhất để nhận xác, sau 24 giờ những xác không có có thân nhân sẽ được làm phân bón trồng cây.

Làm sao mà chạy đàng trời cho khỏi nắng: Barr+ Rosenstein chơi tṛ mập mờ, lặp lờ bảo sao người khác 0 khỏi nghi ngờ ? Dân Mỹ 0 ngu như Trump muốn đâu, mị dân hoài 0 chán sao ? Hễ nghi là điều tra trong khuôn khổ luật pháp cho phép, chẳng có ǵ là sai trái. Nhưng thường xuyên lăng mạ, chà đạp, phỉ nhổ cơ quan công lực và nhân viên th́ lại 0 bị tội sao cà? nobel ḥa b́nh là giải lố bịch, lê đức thọ của vc cũng được giải này đó.
