Một thẩm phán ở New York tuyên phạt Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump 2 triệu USD v́ sử dụng sai mục đích quỹ từ thiện mang tên ông.

Sputnik dẫn thông báo của Thẩm phán Ṭa án tối cao bang New York Saliann Scarpulla cho biết bà đă yêu cầu Tổng thống Trump trả 2 triệu USD cho một nhóm các tổ chức từ thiện sau cáo buộc quỹ Trump vi phạm luật từ thiện của bang.

Vụ kiện được phát động năm 2018 bởi cựu Tổng Chưởng lư New York Barbara Underwood, liên quan tới việc quỹ Trump đă thu các khoản tài trợ chính trị cho chiến dịch tranh cử tổng thống năm 2016 của ông Trump. Bà Underwood cáo buộc động thái này là “hợp tác chính trị bất hợp pháp quy mô lớn”.

Ngoài ra, ông Trump cũng bị cáo buộc đă dùng tiền của quỹ từ thiện này để dàn xếp các vụ kiện liên quan đến công việc làm ăn của gia đ́nh và mua tranh nghệ thuật cho câu lạc bộ của nhà Trump.

Quỹ từ thiện Trump trước đó được các con ông Trump là Donald Jr. và Ivanka quản lư. Quỹ này đă đóng cửa hồi cuối năm ngoái dưới sự giám sát của ṭa án và một thỏa thuận được bổ sung hồi tháng trước rằng tài sản c̣n lại sẽ được chia cho các tổ chức từ thiện không có liên quan tới gia đ́nh Trump.

Cụ thể, khoản tiền phạt 2 triệu USD của ông Trump, cũng như 1,78 triệu USD c̣n lại trong ngân sách quỹ, sẽ được chia đều cho 8 tổ chức từ thiện khác.

Tổng chưởng lư New York Letitia James ngày 7/11 cho rằng phán quyết của ṭa án là “chiến thắng lớn trong nỗ lực bảo vệ tài sản từ thiện và quy trách nhiệm cho những người vi phạm luật từ thiện v́ lợi ích cá nhân”.

“Không một ai đứng trên luật pháp, doanh nhân, ứng cử viên chính trị hay thậm chí cả tổng thống Mỹ”, bà James tuyên bố.

Ngoài ra, ṭa án cũng đưa ra hàng loạt các quy định nếu ông Trump có ư định trở thành lănh đạo của các tổ chức từ thiện trong tương lai, theo Sputnik.

Nhà Trắng chưa đưa ra b́nh luận về khoản phạt của ông Trump, tuy nhiên, Tổng thống Mỹ trong quá khứ từng cáo buộc vụ lùm xùm này là động thái mang tính chính trị chống lại ông.

Toà án New York cáo buộc rằng quỹ từ thiện Trump Foundation đă tổ chức một buổi gây quỹ trên truyền h́nh ở Iowa, nhưng cuối cùng lại được sử dụng cho mục đích chính trị chứ không phải từ thiện.

Gia tài „h́nh như“ là cả chục tỷ USD, mà sao Trump và các con lăo lại „nổi hứng“ chôm chỉa 2,8 triệu (vs tiền phạt là 2 triệu) làm của riêng là sao vậy cà…Phải chăng:
1. Hết tiền tiêu bán luôn người yêu  túng quẩn wá làm càng…
2. Ăn cắp wen tay, ngủ ngày wen mắt: chôm được th́ cứ chôm, để thằng khác nó chỉa th́ ấm ức…ấy là Niềm Đau Chôn Giấu…
3. Chứng minh cho luật pháp biết là bọn tao làm như vậy mấy chục năm nay, có thằng ṭa nào làm được ǵ, th́ ngu ǵ 0 làm tiếp ! Tham th́ thâm…nay mai ḷi luôn bản khai thuế, cho dù chỉ là 8 năm, nhưng giấu chỗ này nó lại ḷi ra nơi khác…vá hoài cũng hết..kim và chỉ (mặt Trump có được màu cam vàng khè như c*** cũng chỉ v́ wá lo sợ bại lộ) ! Chờ xem lưới công lư lồng lộng bao lớn !
4. Chiêu này thất bại, khi hướng dư luận vào cuộc điều tra nhà Biden. Cái mất dạy nằm ở đây...

Thật là đau ḷng, v́ tôi nghĩ chúa tôi lúc nào cũng là người trong sạch.
