Đúng như là những điều đă nằm trong dự đoán trước đây của dư luận về mối lo đồng tiền TQ sẽ xâm chiếm VN trong thời gian tới. Và vào ngày hôm qua điều này đă chính thức xảy ra Vn quyết định cho lưu hành đồng tiền TQ trên lănh thổ. Dưới đây là 1 số thông tin đáng chú ư về sự kiện này. Việc sử dụng nhân nhân tệ thanh toán ở biên giới được quy định trong Thông tư 19/2018 về quản lư ngoại hối đối với hoạt động thương mại biên giới Việt Nam - Trung Quốc.
Ngày 28/8, Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước (NHNN) đă kư ban hành Thông tư 19/2018 hướng dẫn về quản lư ngoại hối đối với hoạt động thương mại biên giới Việt Nam - Trung Quốc.

Theo đó, các thương nhân, cư dân biên giới Việt Nam, Trung Quốc có hoạt động thương mại qua biên giới giữa 2 nước sẽ được sử dụng đồng tiền thanh toán gồm VNĐ (Việt Nam đồng) hoặc CYN (nhân dân tệ) và ngoại tệ tự do chuyển đổi.

Thông tư quy định việc hoạt động sử dụng tài khoản đồng nhân dân tệ, VNĐ nhằm tạo cơ sở pháp lư để thương nhân Việt Nam, Trung Quốc thực hiện các giao dịch thu, chi bằng đồng bản tệ trong hoạt động mua bán, trao đổi hàng hóa, dịch vụ.

Thông tư quy định hoạt động thanh toán trong mua bán, trao đổi hàng hóa dịch vụ của cư dân biên giới tại chợ biên giới với đồng tiền thanh toán là VNĐ hoặc nhân dân tê. Các phương thức thanh toán bao gồm qua ngân hàng (với các h́nh thức: Thanh toán bằng nhân dân tệ, VNĐ qua chi nhánh ngân hàng biên giới); tiền mặt; chênh lệch trong giao dịch bù trừ hàng hóa...

Ngoài ra, thông tư cũng hướng dẫn một số hoạt động ngoại hối khác như hoạt động ủy thác thanh toán bằng đồng nhân dân tệ, hoạt động xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu nhân dân tệ và VNĐ tiền mặt.

Đồng thời, văn bản cũng quy định cụ thể trách nhiệm của NHNN chi nhánh các tỉnh biên giới, ngân hàng được phép cũng như của cá nhân, thương nhân và tổ chức khác nhằm giám sát, quản lư chặt chẽ, có hiệu quả đối với hoạt động quản lư ngoại hối trong thương mại biên giới Việt - Trung.

Thông tư sẽ có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 12 tháng 10.

Trước tiên là 2 thứ tiền VN và TC được xài ở biên giới.
Sau đó là 2 thứ tiền VN và TC được xài trên toàn VN.
Và sau cùng là tiền VN dần dần biến mất và chỉ c̣n lại tiền chệt được chính thức lưu hành trên toàn VN.
Và cũng chính là lúc mà lá cờ máu với 6 ngôi sao bay trên lănh thổ VN,
Đó chính là ngày khai tử của đất nước VN, điều này sẽ xảy ra hay không là tùy thuộc vào người dân VN trong nước mà thôi.
