Trong khi lực lượng công an CSVN thường bị lên án về đánh người. Mới đây toà đại sứ Vương quốc Hoà Lan và bộ công an CSVN tổ chức lớp tập huấn về Công ước của Liên Hợp Quốc. 60,000 Công an CSVN sẽ được Hoà Lan tập huấn chống tra tấn.

Tin Việt Nam — Ngày 20 và 21 tháng 12, toà đại sứ Vương quốc Hoà Lan cùng với bộ công an CSVN tổ chức lớp tập huấn về Công ước của Liên Hợp Quốc về chống tra tấn và các hình thức đối xử hoặc trừng phạt tàn bạo, vô nhân đạo hoặc hạ nhục con người.

Báo ********** ngày 21 tháng 12 loan tin, bộ Ngoại giao Hoà Lan và bộ công an CSVN hợp tác hỗ trợ xây dựng giáo trình, đào tạo giảng viên, báo cáo viên để đào taọ, tập huấn về Công ước chống tra tấn cho khoảng 60,000 công an các cấp CSVN từ năm 2018 đến 2020.

Theo ông Nguyễn Ngọc Anh, cơ quan Pháp chế và cải cách hành chính tư, tư pháp bộ công an CSVN, ngày 14 và 15 tháng 11 năm 2018 vừa qua, trong buổi điều trần tại hội đồng Liên Hợp Quốc, công an CSVN đã cung cấp số liệu chứng minh về những thành tựu và kết quả của nhà nước CSVN. Đồng thời, bác bỏ luận điệu xuyên tạc, sai sự thật và không đúng về tình hình nhân quyền tại Việt Nam. Và buổi huấn luyện chính là một hành động thực tế, thể hiện nỗ lực của Việt Nam trong triển khai, thực hiện Công ước nói riêng và quyết tâm bảo đảm quyền con người nói chung.

Trước những báo cáo, luận điệu lừa bịp của công an CSVN, Uỷ Ban Chống Tra Tấn Liên Hợp Quốc đã lên án hành vi tra tấn tù nhân và những người bất đồng chính kiến của công an CSVN.

60,000 Côn an CSVN tập huấn chống tra tấn, và đặc biệt nên rành rẻ thông suốt cách tra tấn có kỷ thuật mà không để lại vết tích, nếu người dân bị tra tấn có bị chết thì côn an phải dàn dựng là nạn nhân tự treo cổ tự tử.

Nhưng chưa có ai huấn luyện như Mỹ cả? Tra tấn bằng roi điện thì trước tiên cảnh sát buộc phải thử roi điện.Khi huấn luyện mọi người buộc phải nếm tất cả mọi cách tra tấn mà họ đã áp dụng cho nạn nhân.
