Old  Arrow Bạn đă biết cách hấp cua đúng?
Hấp cua đặt nằm úp hay ngửa để chín đều, thịt ngon ngọt nhất? Đa số mọi người không biết câu trả lời chính xác. Các bước hấp cua đúng được vietbf chia sẻ dưới đây.

1. Nguyên liệu

- 2 con cua biển

- 2 nhánh sả, 1/2 củ gừng nhỏ

- 1 th́a cafe tiêu xay

- 2 th́a canh rượu trắng

2. Cách làm

Bước 1: Cua biển mua về mang ngâm trong 1 tô nước 15 phút. Hết thời gian, mang thay 1 lượt nước khác, vẫn ngâm 15 phút nhưng thêm rượu trắng vào để cua nhanh nhả hết đất cát hơn.

Bước 2: Dùng bàn chải đánh răng để đánh sạch phần mai, càng cua.

Bước 3: Gừng thái lát, đập dập. Sả đập dập cắt khúc.

Bước 4: Cho 1/3 số gừng, 1/2 số tiêu vào nước hấp cua. Sau đó, cho 1/2 số gừng c̣n lại xuống đáy vỉ hấp rồi đặt cua lên trên, tiếp đến là tiêu xay và số gừng, sả c̣n lại rắc lên ḿnh cua.

Lưu ư: Phải xếp cua nằm ngửa để cua được chín đều và nước ngon khi cua hấp tiết ra được giữ lại ở mai cua mà không bị chảy đi mất. Các chị em phải đặc biệt chú ư điểm này nha.

Bước 5: Hấp cua trên lửa vừa, khi nước sôi th́ đun thêm 3 đến 5 phút nữa tùy vào độ lớn của con cua.

Các nguyên liệu là gừng, sả, tiêu giúp thịt cua thơm, không bị tanh và rất ngọt đó ạ. Món này phải mang chấm với muối tiêu chanh pha mù tạt cho đúng vị.

Mẹo chọn cua ngon:

Mẹo 1:

Lúc này, khi cầm cua trên tay bạn hăy để ư nhé. Em cua nào "vận động" càng và chân càng mạnh th́ em cua đó khỏe và tươi hơn đấy. Trong trường hợp này th́ cua bên tay phải tươi hơn, c̣n cua bên tay trái trông yếu x́u có vẻ thoi thóp rồi và không nên chọn.

Mẹo 2:

Tiếp theo, bạn quan sát thêm, cua ngon và tươi th́ thường các phần càng và chân cua có vẻ sáng bóng và cứng cáp hơn.

Mẹo 3:

Hơn nữa, em cua nào c̣n đủ càng và chân th́ em đó tươi hơn nhé. Đừng chọn các con bị rụng càng và chân, những con cua thế này chắc chắn sẽ không c̣n ngon nữa đâu.

có đă hấp bia nhưng bia không thấm vào cua, đành ăn cua uống bia...ăn th́ ít uống th́ nhiều....

Đầu tiên là lấy ngón tay khều khều cái yếm con cua cho nó nhã hết nước biễn đễ sau khi luộc húp mu cua nước không có bị mặn. Nhớ là phãi rữa cho thật sạch.

Đại ca dị ứng đồ biển hả? Tại Tí nghe nói hấp với bia thơm và ngon hơn rượu trắng... đại ca không hảo đồ biển, hổng lẻ anh ăn lạc hả. Hihih

Hihih anh 6 đi t́m cái h́nh icon con cua cute quá. Th́ cách của anh cũng được... vừa ăn vừa uống bia, vào bụng th́ hấp chung rồi.

Anh chưa thử món đó v́ mẫu hậu dị ứng với alcohol, hihi...

Thôi th́ Tí hấp cho anh Tờ thử trước đi, nếu ngon th́ anh sẽ học làm sao nghen.

Trời!!! Đ̣i hỏi dữ chưa... lobster đ̣i ăn thịt crab!

Người ta bẻ càng ra rồi sẵn đó lấy kẹp luôn cho mấy cái là laughster xong đời.

Cua với tôm hùm, tuy rằng khác giống nhưng hấp chung một nồi chắc được...

Hahaha đâu ai đ̣i ăn thịt crab đâu trời. Tại lười bẻ càng cầm cua dơ tay nên ít khi ăn (mặc dù lobster thích ăn gạch cua), nhưng nếu có người bẻ giùm th́ tại sao lại dám từ chối?? hahaha
