Một cảm biến của Boeing 737MAX8 bị nghi ngờ là lỗi gây ra tai nạn máy bay. AOA hay c̣n gọi là Angle Of Attack cảm biến sai khi kích hoạt phản ứng nâng cánh sau bằng chế độ lái tự động gây ra máy bay bị bổ nhào đột ngột, một nguồn tin ṛ rỉ từ vụ điều tra máy bay Boeing 737MAX8 của Ethiopia.


Theo đó, lỗi này có thể khiến máy bay “đột ngột bổ nhào” khi đang bay. Trong một số trường hợp, chẳng hạn như khi phi công điều khiển máy bay bằng tay, máy bay 737 Max sẽ tự động chúi mũi xuống nếu hệ thống phát hiện ra vấn đề về khí động học. Máy bay có thể xác định khi nào vấn đề xảy ra bằng thông số “góc tấn” (angle of attack), một phép tính dựa vào cách gió thổi qua cánh máy bay.


Hôm 10-3, máy bay Boeing 737 Max 8 mang số hiệu ET 302 của Hăng hàng không quốc gia Ethiopia rơi sau khi cất cánh từ sân bay ở thủ đô Addis Ababa. Nó đâm xuống một cánh đồng gần làng Tulu Fara, thuộc thị trấn Bishoftu, cách Addis Ababa 60km về phía Đông Nam.


Vụ tai nạn làm tất cả 157 người trên máy bay thiệt mạng. Đây là lần thứ hai trong ṿng chưa đầy năm tháng, mẫu máy bay này gặp tai nạn thảm khốc. Hồi cuối tháng 10 năm ngoái, một chiếc máy bay Boeing 737 Max 8 của hăng hàng không Lion Air (Indonesia) cũng rơi xuống biển và khiến 189 người thiệt mạng sau khi cất cánh từ Jakarta khoảng 13 phút. Trong cả hai vụ tai nạn, máy bay đều gặp sự cố chỉ ít phút sau khi cất cánh và rơi chúi mạnh, khiến tất cả mọi người trên máy bay đều thiệt mạng.


Vẫn c̣n quá sớm để xác định liệu nguyên nhân của hai vụ rơi máy bay Boeing 737 Max 8 ở Ethiopia và Indonesia có giống nhau hay không. Song có những điểm giống nhau trong hai vụ tai nạn. Hôm 10-3, máy bay Boeing 737 Max của Hăng hàng không Ethiopia mất liên lạc sau khi cất cánh sáu phút. Trước đó, phi hành đoàn báo cáo gặp sự cố kỹ thuật và đă được cho phép quay trở lại sân bay ở Addis Ababa. Trong vụ tai nạn của Lion Air, máy bay cũng mất liên lạc sau khi cất cánh 13 phút và phi hành đoàn yêu cầu quay trở lại sân bay ở Jakarta chỉ ba phút sau khi cất cánh.


Máy bay Boeing 737 Max 8 của Lion Air bay giật lên giật xuống trước khi rơi có thể là do các phi công cố t́m cách nâng mũi máy bay lên. Các cuộc điều tra ban đầu của các cơ quan hàng không Mỹ và Indonesia xác định rằng mũi của máy bay Boeing 737 Max 8 của Lion Air chúi xuống đột ngột có thể là do một phần mềm của hệ thống điều khiển bay mới được Boeing cập nhật cho máy bay này tiếp nhận thông tin sai về độ cao bay và góc tấn (angle of attack) máy bay. Trước khi rơi, chiếc Boeing 737 Max 8 của hăng hàng không Ethiopia cũng bị rung giật trong thời gian ngắn.


Góc tấn máy bay là góc nằm giữa trục dọc thân máy bay và hướng chuyển động của không khí. Một số tổ chức phi công cho biết Boeing đă không giải thích cho họ sự thay đổi này ở hệ thống điều khiển bay của Boeing 737 Max 8. Chuyên gia phân tích hàng không Mary Schiavo, cựu thanh tra của Bộ Giao thông Mỹ, cho rằng hai máy bay mới cùng mẫu rơi trong ṿng một năm là điều đáng báo động cho ngành hàng không v́ điều này chưa xảy ra trước đây.


Mohan Ranganathan, cựu phi công và giờ đây là chuyên gia tư vấn hàng không ở TP. Chennai (Ấn Độ) nói: “Thiết kế của ḍng máy bay Boeing 737 Max 8 có thể có sai sót nguy hiểm. Có nét giống nhau nhất định giữa hai vụ tai nạn máy bay của Hăng hàng không Lion Air và Hăng hàng không Ethiopia”.


Trong một diễn biến khác, hăng sản xuất máy bay Boeing (Mỹ) thông cáo cho biết họ đă phát hành một bản tin hướng dẫn hoạt động "Operations Manual Bulletin" để tư vấn cho các nhà hoạt động hàng không cách xử lư đối với những thông tin buồng lái không đúng (erroneous cockpit readings). Cụ thể là khuyến cáo về lỗi đọc sai của cảm biến AOA (angle of attack, góc tấn). Cảm biến này là một cánh quay nhỏ gắn bên ngoài thân máy bay ở vị trí gần buồng lái cho phép các phi công có thể quan sát bằng mắt ḿnh về hiện trạng góc tấn của máy bay đang bay. Đây là góc giữa luồng không khí chuyển động ngược chiều máy bay, hay được gọi là "luồng gió tương đối" (relative wind) với đường tham chiếu trên máy bay hay với cánh máy bay.

Theo thông tin công bố ngày 28/11/2018, dữ liệu hộp đen của máy bay mang số hiệu JT 610 chở 189 người rơi xuống biển Java, Indonesia, cho thấy, các phi công đă phải vật lộn với máy móc ngay từ lúc chiếc Boeing 737 này cất cánh bởi mũi máy bay liên tục chúc xuống do lỗi của thiết bị cảm ứng.


Các phi công đă "vật lộn liên tục đến phút cuối cùng", t́m cách nâng mũi của máy bay lên khoảng 20 lần chỉ trong 11 phút bay trước khi hoàn toàn mất kiểm soát và lao xuống biển. Theo đó, hệ thống điều khiển bằng máy tính được hăng Boeing cài đặt trên thế hệ máy bay 737 mới nhất của họ nhằm ngăn ngừa t́nh trạng mũi máy bay nhô lên quá cao đă gặp sự cố. Do nhận được thông tin sai từ các cảm biến trên thân máy bay, hệ thống điều khiển này đă tự động kéo mũi máy bay chúc xuống.

Ḿnh cũng nghĩ như vậy. Lúc trước thường do con người, giờ th́ tự động hóa nhiều, lỗi đại đa số do kỹ thuật.

Nhưng chắc cũng sẽ lên trở lại, v́ sau khi Airbus chết, th́ c̣n tên nào nữa ngoài Boeing.... Airbus "đào ngũ" quá sớm chăng? Đừng copycat lũ ba-que chứ, Airbus..... Hehehehehe....

Nhưng máy bay Ethiopia này không có "đột ngột bổ nhào".

Phi công đă nhận ra vấn đề ǵ đó, bèn gọi điện xin quay trở lại phi trường và đă được chấp thuận, rồi sau đó mới rớt.

Chứ đột ngột nhào xuống đất th́ các chuyện đó... khỏi xảy ra.

Những loại máy bay mới ra th́ loại nào cũng bị lỗi, nhiều hoặc ít thôi, B787, A380... cũng bị vài trục trặc rất nghiêm trọng, nhưng không đến nổi chết người như B737 Max 8.

hahaha!! chơi kiểu này giống như chơi bài cào quá .. mùa hè này ai có gan th́ đi chơi giá rẻ . nhưng truớc khi đi nhớ viết di chúc để lại haha

Lư do nêu ra là cần giữ an toàn tuyệt đối cho người dân.

C̣n lư do thật có lẽ là "sợ lỗ". Chính phủ VN và VietJet là người một nhà mà. Lỗ lă rớt giá vé là chuyện lớn, c̣n nhân dân rớt xuống đất là chuyện nhỏ.

Mai sau lỡ người ta không dám mua vé, hay có chiếc nào rớt thật, th́ trường hợp nào cũng thiệt hại cho VietJet.

Có lư do chánh đáng rút ra khỏi hợp đồng, mai sau kư lại hy vọng sẽ có giá tốt hơn v́ Boeing đang mang tiếng, dù oan hay không chưa biết.
