Cựu cảnh sát viên Mỹ gốc Hmong tên Tou Thao. Có khoảng 275 ngàn người Hmong sống tại Mỹ. Cảnh sát Mỹ tuần tra chung với Derek Chauvin (partner) để đảm bảo an toàn. Hiện tại chỉ có Derek Chauvin bị khởi tố, ba cựu cảnh sát kia chỉ bị đuổi việc, chưa bị khởi tố. Người biểu t́nh yêu cầu phải khởi tố cộng sự đồng hành của Derek Chauvin người đứng nh́n mạng sống của George Floyd bị cướp đi mà không làm ǵ và c̣n ra lệnh những người dân can thiệp tránh xa ra.

Tou Thao tốt nghiệp cảnh sát năm 2009 và nhậm chức cảnh sát Minneapolis từ năm 2012, Thao có sáu hồ sơ than phiền bạo động với dân, một trong những sự cố bạo động của Thao phải đền bù $25,000 USD và một vụ chưa được giải quyết.

Một video clip từ khía cạnh phía bên kia đường cho thấy ba nhân viên cảnh sát trấn đầu gói lên người của George Floyd, nhưng đầu gối của Derek Chauvin người đă từng là đồng nghiệp với George Floyd dưới vai tṛ bảo an cho night club, trấn vào cổ của George gần chín phút, ba phút sau khi George bất tỉnh.

Cái tên "Tou", có nghĩa là "con trai" trong tiếng H'mong, là tên phổ biến nhất trong cộng đồng và "Thao" là một trong 18 tên của tộc.

Chuyện người da đen bị CS mỹ đánh hay bắn chết đă xảy ra quá nhiều trong quá khứ nhưng không được giải quyết 1 cách dứt điểm , đặc biệt là dưới thời đế chế của trump .. th́ họ không làm loạn mới là lạ

Vậy năm 1992 là ở dưới thời nào? Người Mỹ gốc Châu Á làm ǵ bọn nó mà bọn nó phải vô cướp giựt giết người ở khu Korean Town? Các lần Lakers thắng, khu downtown cũng nổi loạn đốt phá, cướp bóc. Xin hỏi đó có phải do cảnh sát da trắng bắn da đen không?

Operator: 911 what's the address of the emergency?
Caller: This is ah 3759 Chicago Ave.
Operator: How can I help you?
Caller: Um someone comes our store and give us fake bills and we realize it before he left the store, and we ran back outside, they was sitting on their car. We tell them to give us their phone, put their (inaudible) thing back and everything and he was also drunk and everything and return to give us our cigarettes back and so he can, so he can go home but he doesn't want to do that, and he's sitting on his car cause he is awfully drunk and he's not in control of himself.
Operator: Okay, what type of vehicle does he have?
Caller: And .... um he's got a vehicle that is ah ... one second let me see if I can see the license. The driver license is BRJ026.
Operator: Okay, what color is it?
Caller: It's a blue color. It's a blue van.
