VBF-Theo thông tin mới nhất th́ VC lại cho một số người gốc Việt quốc tịch Mỹ thuộc hàng "khủng bố". Dưới đây là những người bị liệt kê vào tổ chức này. Có người quốc tịch Mỹ và Canada và dính vào một số cáo buộc được cho là hành vi của "khủng bố".

HÀ NỘI - Bộ Công An CSVN đă công bố một thông báo, nói rằng một tổ chức có tên “Chính Phủ Quốc Gia Việt Nam Lâm Thời” (Provisional Government of Vietnam) tại Hoa Kỳ là “tổ chức khủng bố.”

Bộ Công An tố cáo tổ chức này đă ném bom xăng đốt cháy 320 chiếc xe tại kho giữ xe của công an thành phố Biên Ḥa vào ngày 8 tháng 4, 2017, ném bom xăng tại phi trường Tân Sơn Nhất, và âm mưu đặt bom một số nơi khác.

Theo tin của báo chí tại Việt Nam, vào ngày thứ Ba, 30 tháng 1, 2018, Bộ Công An tố cáo tổ chức "Chính Phủ Quốc Gia Việt Nam Lâm Thời" là một "tổ chức khủng bố." Tin cho biết là “người nào tham gia, tuyên truyền, lôi kéo, xúi giục người khác tham gia, tài trợ, nhận tài trợ; tham gia các khóa đào tạo, huấn luyện; hoạt động theo chỉ đạo của tổ chức này... sẽ bị coi là phạm tội. Hành vi sẽ bị xử lư theo quy định của pháp luật về tội Khủng Bố, Tài Trợ Khủng Bố, căn cứ điều 299 và 300 Bộ Luật H́nh Sự 2015.”

Vào tháng 12, 2017, Ṭa Án Nhân Dân của cộng sản tại Sài G̣n đă tuyên án 15 người bị bắt do cáo buộc có liên quan đến tổ chức nói trên và những hoạt động khủng bố, từ 5 năm đến 16 năm tù giam.

Tại phiên ṭa xử 15 người bị cáo buộc khủng bố của tổ chức này cũng vào tháng 12, một số bị cáo không công nhận hành động khủng bố. Đặng Hoàn Thiện là người bị án tù nặng nhất 16 năm. Ông Thiện nói rằng ông sẽ tiếp tục tranh đấu nhưng sẽ chọn phương pháp khác.

Bộ Công An nói là tổ chức Chính Phủ Quốc Gia Lâm Thời Việt Nam do ông Đào Minh Quân lănh đạo qua chức danh thủ tướng. Sáu người khác trong tổ chức này bị nêu tên là ông Quách Thế Hùng, bà Kelly Triệu, bà Lisa Phạm, bà Lâm Ái Huệ, ông Lư Hồng Thái và ông Nguyễn Đức Thắng.

Vào ngày 25 tháng 12, 2017, bà Lisa Phạm từng nói với Đài Á Châu Tự Do (RFA) tại Hoa Thịnh Đốn rằng bà không phải là thành viên của tổ chức nói trên.

Tại Việt Nam, Bộ Công An cho biết ông Đào Minh Quân, 66 tuổi, sống tại Mỹ, có bí danh Minh Quân, Anh Thương.

Báo mạng ********* ghi nhận, “Nhà chức trách cho rằng, ông Quân và số người đă đến các trại tỵ nạn người Việt ở Hồng Kông và các nước Đông Nam Á [để] tuyển mộ lực lượng, đưa về Việt Nam theo đường hồi hương để tiến hành các hoạt động khủng bố, phá hoại.”

Bộ Công An nói là vào năm 2015, người của tổ chức “đă lôi kéo phát triển lực lượng, thành lập các chí nguyện đoàn trong nước; khảo sát t́m địa điểm lập căn cứ, mua vũ khí nhằm thực hiện các hoạt động manh động, khủng bố, nhưng đă bị cơ quan an ninh Việt Nam kịp thời phát hiện ngăn chặn.”

Cũng theo báo cộng sản, Bộ Công An cho rằng vào năm 2017, Chính Phủ Quốc Gia Việt Nam Lâm Thời thành lập các nhóm “Phượng Hoàng,” “Măng Xà,” “Biệt Động Quân,” “Đại Việt” nhằm “khủng bố, phá hoại, ám sát cán bộ; cử thành viên về nước cung cấp tài chính và trực tiếp chỉ đạo hoạt động.”

Bộ Công An nói rằng tiền thân của tổ chức nói trên là “Tân Dân Chủ,” thành lập năm 1991, có trụ sở đặt tại Anaheim, Quận Cam.

Theo thông báo của Bộ Công An, ông Đào Minh Quân là cựu sĩ quan VNCH, sinh năm 1952, quê quán Quảng Nam, quốc tịch Mỹ, trú tại Santa Ana; ông Quách Thế Hùng (c̣n có tên là Lê Nguyễn B́nh), sinh năm 1948, quê quán B́nh Dương, trú tại Los Angeles; bà Kelly Triệu (Triệu Thanh Hoa) sinh năm 1968, quốc tịch Mỹ; bà Lisa Phạm (Phạm Anh Đào) sinh năm 1979 tại Sài G̣n, trú tại thị xă Denmark, South Carolina; bà Lâm Ái Huệ, sinh năm 1968, trú tại Canada; ông Lư Hồng Thái (có tên khác là Nguyễn Minh Chánh), sinh năm 1952, quê quán Hà Nội, có quốc tịch Mỹ; và ông Nguyễn Đức Thắng, sinh năm 1930.

1/2 Bolsa là nằm vùng CS trong cộng đồng người Việt tỵ nạn CS rồi...c̣n ai khủng bố nổi Đảng và nhà nước Việt Nam...Chỉ có chính trong nội bộ đấu đá nhau thôi chứ người dân tỵ nạn cũng chỉ muốn kiếm cơm sống qua ngày...chạy trốn CS mà sang hải ngoại vẫn thấy CS đeo bám ko biết để làm ǵ...củng cố nhà nước hả...Đứng vững 43 năm nay rồi c̣n ǵ...khủng bố ǵ nổi nữa...
