Facebook hồi tháng 10/2020 đă thông báo một Ủy Ban Giám Sát độc lập gồm 20 nhà báo, giáo sư đại học, luật gia cùng nhà tranh đấu cho nhân quyền như một “Ṭa Án Tối Cao” để quyết định về các trường hợp người sử dụng khiếu nại tài khoản bị đóng một cách bất công.


Nếu Ủy Ban Giám Sát đồng ư với bên khiếu nại th́ Facebook sẽ tái mở tài khoản rồi sau đó xét lại để thay đổi nguyên tắc điều hành của chính công ty.

Quyết định này của Facebook không khỏi nhằm tránh né búa ŕu dư luận và sự soi mói của các chính trị gia trong thời gian gần đây, nhưng đồng thời mở cánh cửa cho những người bất đồng chính kiến ở Việt Nam khiếu nại về các tài khoản bị xóa một cách oan sai.

Theo thông báo trên trang nhà của Ban Giám Sát:

- Người xử dụng trước hết phải khiếu nại với chính công ty Facebook sau khi tài khoản bị đóng cửa.

- Sau khi Facebok thông báo quyết định cuối cùng người khiếu nại chỉ có 15 ngày để gởi hồ sơ lên Ủy Ban Giám Sát

- Ủy Ban Giám Sát sẽ chọn lựa hồ sơ khiếu nại dựa trên luật pháp của từng quốc gia (thay v́ dựa vào các chuẩn mực quốc tế như của Liên Hiệp Quốc)

- Nếu đơn khiếu nại được chọn để cứu xét Ủy Ban Giám Sát sẽ ra quyết định trong ṿng 90 ngày sau đó.

Một quyết định của Ủy Ban Giám Sát sẽ bị theo dơi nhiều là trường hợp tài khoản của Donald Trump bị đóng cửa, và theo Facebook sẽ mang tính cách bó buộc cho công ty.


Tuy Facebook là một công ty tư nhân v́ lợi nhuận nhưng chịu áp lực của dư luận quốc tế nên đây là một tin tức mà người xử dụng Facebook ở Việt Nam cần nên theo dơi để khai thác.

Và, ḿnh nghĩ trường hợp acc. bị xóa sổ = disable th́ mới làm như bạn được. C̣n account của ḿnh vẫn xài b́nh thường. Tuy nhiên đă bị bắt oan 3+ lần rồi, lần nữa là 3 tháng = done.
