Old  Default TT Trump kiện 2 ngân hàng lớn nhằm chặn dự tính trát đ̣i của Quốc Hội
New York Times – TT Trump, 3 người con lớn của ông và công ty riêng của ông đă tŕnh một đơn kiện liên bang chống lại hai ngân hàng Deutsche Bank và Capital One nhằm ngăn chận các ngân hàng này trả lời các trát đ̣i của Quốc Hội.

Trong đơn kiện đệ nạp tại Mahattan, TT Trump và con cái của ông lư luận là khi các lănh đạo Dân Chủ của Hạ Viện ra các trát đ̣i, họ đă vượt qua thẩm quyền của ḿnh.

Trong đơn kiện có đoạn: “Trường hợp này dính líu tới các trát đ̣i của Quốc Hội, vốn không hợp pháp và không có mục đích về luật một cách rơ rệt”

Đơn giải thích tiếp: “Các trát đ̣i này chỉ nhằm quấy rầy TT Trump, t́m cách phá mọi khía cạnh về tài chính của ông, chuyện làm ăn của TT, tin tức riêng của ông và của các thành viên trong gia đ́nh ông mà thôi”

Ngoài ra trong đơn kiện c̣n có lời nhận định là “các trát này lục lọi t́m kiếm bất cứ chứng cứ nào có thể được sử dụng nhằm làm hại đến uy tín chính trị của TT Trump, chúng chỉ có mục tiêu chính trị mà thôi”

Các Ủy ban T́nh báo và Tài chính Hạ Viện đă đưa ra trát đ̣i ngân hàng Deutsche Bank cách đây 2 tuần phải cung cấp nhiều tài liệu về lịch sử làm ăn lâu dài với gia đ́nh TT Trump.

Đại diện hai ủy ban này đă ra thông cáo chung nhận định là đơn kiện của gia đ́nh TT Trump là ‘không đáng xem xét’, v́ theo họ, nó chỉ cho thấy TT Trump nhất định cản trở quyền lực giám sát của Quốc Hội mà thôi.
