WASHINGTON, D.C. (NV) – Bộ trưởng Quốc Pḥng Mỹ, ông Mark Esper, hôm Thứ Hai, 6 Tháng Giêng, đă nói ngược lại Tổng Thống Donald Trump khi xác định rằng quân đội Mỹ sẽ không tấn công các di tích lịch sử văn hóa của Iran, trong lúc có sự căng thẳng cao độ, sau khi một cuộc không tập của Mỹ hạ sát một tướng lănh cao cấp Iran là Qasem Soleimani.

Bộ Trưởng Esper nói với CNN rằng: “Chúng ta sẽ tuân theo luật chiến tranh.”

Khi được yêu cầu xác nhận rằng phải chăng điều đó có nghĩa rằng không tấn công vào các địa điểm lịch sử văn hóa Iran, ông Esper trả lời: “Đó là luật chiến tranh.”

Lời phát biểu này được đưa ra một ngày sau khi Tổng Thống Donald Trump nhắc lại đe dọa của ông là sẽ tấn công các địa điểm văn hóa lịch sử của Iran trong cuộc nói chuyện với giới truyền thông trên chuyến bay của Air Force One từ Florida về lại Washington D.C.

“Họ được phép giết người dân chúng ta, họ được phép tra tấn và gây thương tích cho người dân chúng ta, họ được dùng bom gài bên lề đường và làm nổ tung người của chúng ta, vậy mà chúng ta không được phép đụng đến các di tích văn hóa của họ? Điều đó là không được,” theo lời Tổng Thống Trump, được truyền thông tường thuật.

Các đe dọa này của Tổng Thống Trump đă gặp phải nhiều chỉ trích, v́ đi ngược lại công ước quốc tế. Quân đội Mỹ từ lâu nay cũng có chính sách là tránh không tấn công vào những khu vực có giá trị văn hóa lịch sử.

Tuy nhiên, Ngoại Trưởng Mỹ, ông Mike Pompeo, hôm Chủ Nhật lên tiếng bênh vực Tổng Thống Trump, nói trong chương tŕnh “State of the Union” của hệ thống CNN rằng hành động đó sẽ không vi phạm luật quốc tế và là sự tiếp nối trong chính sách của chính phủ Trump là răn đe và pḥng thủ.

Trong một cuộc phỏng vấn khác dành cho Fox News hôm Chủ Nhật, ông Pompeo lại nói rằng Tổng Thống Trump không hề đe dọa là sẽ tấn công các mục tiêu văn hóa lịch sử của Iran.

Tuy nhiên, bản tweet của Tổng Thống Trump gửi ra hôm Thứ Bảy đă nói rơ điều này. (V.Giang)

Về t́nh cũng 0 xuôi, mà lư th́ c̣n ngáp ngáp dữ dội hơn nữa Esper và Trump khùng ơi, khổ wá đi thôi...Đầu năm bộ c̣n tiếc nuối pháo bông bắn vào giao thừa hay sao vậy mấy cha nội ??


Dựa theo các đạo luật quốc tế về Nhân đạo ngày 14.09.1949 ở Genève, th́ Trump đuối lư 100%, ngọng nghịu ngụy biện mà thôi ! Đặc biệt về điều khoản „Prohibition of insidiousness“, th́ rơ ràng là đâm sau lưng chiến sĩ, ăn cháo đá bát mà phản bội lại đồng minh, nếu khẳng định Soleimani là kẻ thù! Cũng nên nhắc lại là Iran đă từng tham chiến ở West Iraq 2011 với Mỹ và đồng minh để đánh bật IS ra khỏi Iraq. Đương nhiên là Iran chỉ làm v́ tư lợi, v́ IS là theo Sunni đông nhất trong nhóm Hồi giáo thế giới, hệ fái xung khắc trầm trọng với Shia (Iran, Iraq, Libanon, Aserbaidshan, Bahrain). V́ vậy mà bảo là trả thù cho quân lính Mỹ trong quá khứ th́ lại càng chết dở nữa !

Ỷ mạnh làm càng, làm xằng bậy th́ lại thiếu bản lĩnh thừa nhận: đó là cái đốn mạt bần cùng của Trump ! Esper ngáo như chó dại, chả hiểu mô tê ǵ, chẳng khác nào như con nai vàng ngơ ngác đạp trên lá vàng khô (fải hiểu nghĩa bóng là đầu cuồng Trump da vàng mới fê)…Theo lệnh Trump giết người ta cho đă rồi kêu gọi người thân họ nên trầm tĩnh, đừng vội trả thù, chuyện đâu c̣n có đó ! Lâu lắm mới có dịp cười thỏa thích !
