TỘI ÁC CHỐNG NGƯỜI CHÂU Á GIA TĂNG CHÓNG MẶT TẠI MỸ


Một báo cáo của tổ chức Người Mỹ gốc Á và Thái B́nh Dương (Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, viết tắt là AAPI) cho biết từ tháng 3/2020 đến tháng 2/2021 có gần 3.800 vụ tấn công trong một năm qua, chống lại người Mỹ gốc châu Á và vùng Thái B́nh Dương.

Trong số những vụ tấn công kể trên, có 68% là những vụ mắng chửi, 11% hành hung thân thể.

Một cụ già người gốc Á bị ba kẻ lạ mặt vô cớ tấn công trong một hiệu giặt quần áo tự động ở San Francisco, một bà cụ chờ đèn đỏ vô cớ bị đấm vào mặt…

Đă có người thiệt mạng, một cụ già gốc Thái Lan bị xô ngă đập đầu xuống vỉa hè và chết sau đó.

Người Việt cũng không ngoại lệ, :

- Một phụ nữ Việt Nam bị tấn công và cướp của ở San Jose

- Một tiệm ăn Việt ở Texas bị đập phá với những lời mắng chửi kỳ thị chủng tộc được viết trên kính, đ̣i những người Việt này phải bị đuổi về… Trung Quốc, rằng họ là virus Covid-19…

Vụ mới nhất là một người đàn ông xả súng vào ba tiệm massage do người châu Á làm chủ ở Georgia, giết chết 8 người, trong đó có 6 phụ nữ gốc châu Á.

Mặc dù hiện nay thủ phạm không nói động cơ của ḿnh là phân biệt chủng tộc mà do ám ảnh tính dục, nhưng nhiều người phân tích cho rằng :

Nguyên nhân sâu xa của hành động này là thù ghét chủng tộc, v́ cả ba tiệm anh ta nổ súng đều do người Á châu làm chủ.

Các thành phố lớn có đông người châu Á như Oakland, San Francisco, đă tăng cường cảnh sát trong các khu phố có đông dân Á châu.

Sự gia tăng tội ác đáng lo ngại đó đă làm rúng động cả chính trường Mỹ. Tổng thống Joseph Biden tuyên bố rằng :

Đó là những hành động không phù hợp chút nào đối với những giá trị Mỹ (unamerican), ông và bà phó tổng thống Kamala Harris dự định sẽ bay qua Georgia vào thứ Sáu, ngày 19/3/2021, gặp gỡ những người đứng đầu cộng đồng Á châu ở bang Georgia.

Ngày 18/3/2021, Hạ viện Mỹ mở cuộc điều trần về tội ác chống người châu Á tại Mỹ.


TRUMP VÀ " CHINA VIRUS "


Theo các nhà xă hội học, cũng như giới báo chí ở Mỹ, th́ việc kỳ thị chống người châu Á ở Mỹ đă có từ lâu , thậm chí thể hiện trong các đạo luật như luật cấm người Trung Quốc di cư đến Mỹ (đă được băi bỏ vào năm 1965), việc bắt giam người Mỹ gốc Nhật vào các trại tập trung trong thế chiến thứ hai…

Đặc biệt là phụ nữ châu Á được các nhà nghiên cứu cho là đối tượng của chủ nghĩa phân biệt chủng tộc ở Mỹ.

Sự phân biệt chống người gốc Á c̣n thể hiện ở chỗ, dư luận xem họ là một cộng đồng thiểu số tiêu biểu (model minority) từ đó làm cho họ không than phiền, né tránh không dám lên tiếng chống những hành động phân biệt chủng tộc chống lại ḿnh.

Chủ nghĩa phân biệt chủng tộc chống người châu Á tăng cao, trong hai năm qua bị tăng tốc bởi những từ ngữ mang tính kỳ thị chủng tộc của tổng thống thứ 45 của Mỹ, Donald Trump.

Để biện hộ cho sự điều hành chống dịch Covid-19 yếu kém của ḿnh, ông Trump đổ tất cả lỗi lầm cho Hoa lục và thường xuyên sử dụng những từ như :

“China virus”, hay “Kung flu” (nhại chữ kungfu, vơ thuật Trung Quốc).






Bà Trâm Nguyễn, dân biểu tiểu bang Massachusetts gốc Việt, đă ra thông cáo chính thức về việc gia tăng tội ác chống người châu Á sau vụ xả súng ở Georgia, trong đó có đoạn:

“Sau khi cựu tổng thống (Trump) đổ lỗi cho Trung Quốc, ông ta đă làm cho người gốc Á châu ở Mỹ biến thành mục tiêu tấn công.

Sự gia tăng tội ác chống người Á châu tăng lên đến 150% ở Mỹ trong năm 2020 là minh chứng cho điều này”.

Điều đáng ngạc nhiên là, vấn đề phân biệt chủng tộc chống người châu Á này lại nằm ở lằn ranh đảng phái, với các dân biểu và nghị sĩ Cộng ḥa, cùng phe với ông Trump, không muốn công nhận.

Trong buổi điều trần ở Hạ viện, dân biểu Chip Roy của Đảng Cộng ḥa, đại diện cho dân Texas, nói rằng, ông ta e ngại rằng buổi điều trần sẽ xâm phạm đến quyền tự do phát biểu ở Mỹ (?!)

Phát biểu này gặp sự phản kháng mạnh mẽ từ các dân biểu gốc Á của đảng Dân chủ.

Bà Grace Meng, dân biểu từ New York nói rằng, ông Roy, tổng thống của ông (ông Trump) hay các đồng sự Cộng ḥa của ông muốn mắng chửi quốc gia nào th́ cứ tùy thích, nhưng không được bia đặt, ngắm bắn lên lưng cộng đồng gốc Á, lên con cháu những người gốc Á.

Ông Roy cũng bị mạng xă hội lên tiếng phản đối dữ dội. Ông ta phải trần t́nh là ông chỉ muốn nói về luật pháp (?).






Việc tiếp tay chống người châu Á này cũng có sự tham gia của một số không ít những người Việt sống ở Mỹ, ủng hộ Donald Trump, hay loan truyền bừa băi những từ ngữ gắn liền dịch bệnh Covid-19 và chủng tộc (China virus, Kungflu).


Đối thủ của Hoa Kỳ là Trung Quốc, đă không bỏ qua cơ hội này.

Hoàn Cầu Thời báo, cái loa của đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc, lập tức có bài về phân biệt chủng tộc chống người châu Á tại Mỹ, trong đó nói, một trong những lư do là v́ truyền thông Mỹ đăng bài buộc tội Trung Quốc đối xử tàn ác với người Tân Cương, làm cho người Mỹ ghét Trung Quốc, từ đó ghét người gốc Á.

Chúng tưởng uống Bleach hay Lysol vô là thành proud boys hay 3K.

Màu da nào cũng có kỳ thị hết chỉ khác là cách nó xử dụng. Thằng trắng lợi dụng chổ hở của luật pháp để bắn giết da đen, da màu v́ kỳ thị , da đen kỳ thị da vàng, da trắng qua các hành động cướp của giết người, da vàng chỉ kỳ thị da đen bằng cái miệng không có ảnh hưỡng đến bất cứ ai.

Đọc mà đếch hiểu người ta ám chỉ cái ǵ , ko biết thẹn mà c̣n lấy ra chế diễu để tự vả vào mặt ḿnh.

Thứ này c̣n thua cả con đa nicks chuột cống ghẻ, dưới 2 tên tắc kè Nguyễn Phương Hùng và Nguyễn Ngọc Lập 1 gang .... ở đó mà làm ǵ cho tổ quắc .... Chỉ giỏi đi vạch lá t́m sâu, đâm bị thóc, thọc bị gạo, kiếm chuyện với đàn bà con gái là số zách.
