Tin Saigon.- Ngày 2 tháng 8 năm 2019, trên trang facebook mang tên Minh Thi Trần, một dân oan vườn rau Lộc Hưng, thuộc phường 6, quận Tân B́nh, Sài G̣n cho biết, vào ngày 2 tháng 8, chính quyền quận Tân B́nh đă huy động một lực lượng hơn 300 quân với đủ thành phần đến đàn áp, đánh dân nhằm phá căn lều tạm dựng để tổ chức đám tang chị Têrêsa Trần Thị Lư Hoa, vợ của dân oan Cao Hà Chánh.

Trong quá tŕnh đàn áp người dân, một người đàn ông được cho là chỉ huy đă yêu cầu một thanh niên mặc áo đồng phục lao vào đánh người dân. Tuy nhiên, sau khi nhận lệnh, lương tri của nam thanh niên nổi dậy mạnh mẽ và không chấp nhận lệnh đánh dân. Lúc này, giữa viên chỉ huy và thanh niên cự căi qua lại với nhau, rồi viên chỉ huy bỏ đi. C̣n nam thanh niên quay sang nói với dân oan rằng, cậu ta chỉ được nhà cầm quyền trả mức lương 5 triệu đồng một tháng, nhưng bản thân thấy người dân phải chịu bất công, nên việc người dân chửi lại nhà cầm quyền là đúng. Và bản thân cậu thấy lương tâm ḿnh bị cắn dứt, nên không bao giờ đi đàn áp người dân. V́ vậy, thanh niên này đă cởi đồng phục bảo vệ, tuyên bố bỏ việc, đồng thời hứa sẽ không bao giờ làm những chuyện thất đức đàn áp dân nữa.

Một lúc sau, người chỉ huy mới lúc trước yêu cầu thanh niên trên lao vào đánh dân, nay cũng chạy xe gắn máy quay lại để xin lỗi dân oan Lộc Hưng, đồng thời tuyên bố là bỏ việc ngay lập tức.

Cả hai người này vẫn c̣n lương tâm con người, đă từ bỏ con đường tà đạo, hèn với giặc ác với nhân của nhà cầm quyền cộng sản Việt Nam.
