2/- chủ quán
Một người đàn ông trọc đầu ngồi vào ghế của một mỹ viện.
Cô gái làm đầu hỏi:
- Thưa ông cần làm ǵ ạ?
Người đàn ông trả lời :
- Tôi muốn cấy tóc, nhưng tôi không chịu được đau đớn, nếu cô làm đầu tôi có tóc như tóc của cô th́ tôi trả cho cô 500 đô la.
Rất nhanh cô gái khi đă làm đầu ḿnh trọc giống ông khách.

3/- Lăo đồng.

Một ông già đầu hói gần trọc chỉ c̣n vài sợi nhưng tuần nào ông cũng chăm chỉ đi đến hiệu cắt tóc. Bà vợ ở nhà vô cùng lấy làm lạ bèn hỏi ông:
- Đầu ông c̣n có ba sợi tóc mà bày đặt đi cắt làm ǵ? Mà mỗi lần ông đi cắt về tôi chẳng thấy có khác tí nào cả, vẫn c̣n ba sợi.
- Ấy, bây giờ công nghệ hiện đại rồi, người ta cắt đâu cần kéo mà vẫn làm hài ḷng khách đấy!
Rồi! sắp tới sẽ có mấy chục ông. Ông nào nắng cũng...cực cả!

Tui tên Đồng là v́ nó trơn như trống đồng. Hồi xưa ḿnh hay gọi chị em ta là nô he ( NO Hair) đó.

Ăn miếng trả miếng…

Có một ông lâu ngày đến nhà ông bạn thân chơi. Khách chủ gặp nhau chuyện tṛ rôm rả.

Chủ kiếm trầu mời khách nhưng giữa cơi trầu chỉ có mỗi một miếng, biết ông bạn keo kiệt tức lắm không muốn ăn, nhưng chủ khẩn khoản mời măi, khách đành phải ăn.
Cách một thời gian sau, ông này nhớ bạn lại đánh đường sang thăm trả.

Thấy bạn đến, ông kia mừng lắm, mời lên nhà ngồi. Chuyện tṛ lại rôm rả.

Ông này cũng bày ra giữa cơi chỉ có mỗi một miếng trầu và khẩn khoản mời.

Ông khách khen cơi trầu đẹp và nể lời cầm miếng trầu lên tay ngắm nghía:

- Thứ cau của nhà bác chắc bổ vào dịp trời mưa nên nó lắm xơ nhỉ?

- Không đâu ạ, đó chính là miếng trầu bác mời dạo nọ đấy ạ. Tôi ngậm nên nó hơi bị giập ra.

Hai ông đồ rủ nhau vào hàng đánh chén. Nh́n vào đĩa đậu phụ trên mâm, một ông nói:
- Tôi ra một câu, ông đối được cho thông th́ tôi chịu tiền cả, đối không thông th́ ông chịu tiền cả.
Ông kia bằng ḷng.
- Nướng đậu phụ cho cha ăn. Đối đi!

Ông kia ngẫm nghĩ một lát, rồi đọc:

- Sắc ích mẫu cho mẹ uống. Ông trả tiền nhé!

Ông ra câu đối hơi hoảng. Nhưng rồi ông ta trấn tĩnh được thong thả nói:
- Đối sát đấy. Phụ là cha đối với mẫu là mẹ, uống đối với ăn. Có điều thông th́ chưa thông.
- Thông thế nào nữa?

- Đậu phụ không có mắm tôm th́ ăn vói ǵ? Ăn với ích mẫu được ư? Đối thế này mới thông: Lấy mắm tôm cho mẹ chấm. Ông trả tiền chứ!
