Phát ngôn viên bộ Ngoại Giao Việt Nam Lê Thị Thu Hằng, qua thư điện tử, nhấn mạnh, "những diễn biến nguy hiểm" tại Biển Đông đang làm gia tăng cẳng thẳng và gây lo ngại cho cộng đồng quốc tế, khiến Hà Nội phải lên tiếng kêu gọi cộng đồng quốc tế tham gia làm giảm các căng thẳng tại Biển Đông.

Theo hăng tin Bloomberg, tiếp theo tuyên bố chung của ba nước Anh, Pháp, Đức cuối tuần trước, bày tỏ lo ngại về " t́nh h́nh Biển Đông hiện nay", ngày hôm qua, phát ngôn viên bộ Ngoại Giao Việt Nam Lê Thị Thu Hằng, qua thư điện tử, nhấn mạnh, "những diễn biến nguy hiểm" tại Biển Đông đang làm gia tăng cẳng thẳng và gây lo ngại cho cộng đồng quốc tế.

Do vậy, Việt Nam kêu gọi các nước tham gia vào việc làm giảm căng thẳng, bảo đảm an ninh và tự do lưu thông tại vùng biển này. Bức thư viết: Biển Đông có tầm quan trọng đối với các nước bên trong và bên ngoài khu vực, trong các lĩnh vực kinh tế, an ninh, an toàn, tự do lưu thông hàng không và hàng hải và "Việt Nam hoan nghênh và sẵn sàng làm việc với các nước và cộng đồng quốc tế" để duy tŕ ḥa b́nh, ổn định và an ninh trong khu vực.

Ngày 29/08/2019, với tư cách là các quốc gia kư kết Công Ước Liên Hiệp Quốc về Luật Biển (UNCLOS), Anh, Pháp, Đức đă ra tuyên bố chung bày tỏ quan ngại về căng thẳng ở Biển Đông và kêu gọi các bên thực hiện các biện pháp làm giẳm căng thẳng và góp phần duy tŕ, thúc đẩy ḥa b́nh và an ninh khu vực.

Ba quốc gia châu Âu này nhấn mạnh đến "mối quan tâm đối với việc áp dụng một cách phổ quát" văn bản này. Đặc biệt là việc tôn trọng phán quyết ngày 12/07/2016 của Ṭa Án Trọng Tài Quốc Tế La Haye. Theo phán quyết hồi năm 2016, việc Bắc Kinh căn cứ vào bản đồ 9 đoạn để khẳng định chủ quyền của Trung Quốc với hầu hết Biển Đông là "không có cơ sở về mặt pháp lư".

Bắc Kinh đương nhiên đă bác bỏ kêu gọi của Anh, Pháp, Đức về Biển Đông. Họp báo ngày 30/09/2019 phát ngôn viên bộ Ngoại Giao Trung Quốc, Cảnh Sảng khẳng định t́nh h́nh tại Biển Đông vẫn "ổn định" và đang được "cải thiện" nhờ Trung Quốc và các đối tác ASEAN "phối hợp nỗ lực" giải quyết bất đồng. Bắc Kinh kêu gọi Anh, Pháp, Đức nên "khách quan hơn" về Biển Đông.

Có thể thằng chó này nó đă bán đất nước VN cho Tàu cộng hay chăng?

Có "qưỡn" th́ kéo qua liếm lũ đẻn, chui váy mấy con nạ ḍng Dân Chủ, ra công hăn mă giúp chúng nó, chứ đừng để tao chụp luôn ghế TT nhiệm ḱ 2 năm 2020 à nha.... Tao không muốn đâu..... Hô Hô Hô....
