Giờ phút định mệnh của hàng triệu trẻ em được sinh ra tại Mỹ nhưng cha mẹ không có quốc tịch, không định cư và làm việc tại Mỹ. Ông Trump nhấn mạnh việc soạn thảo sắc lệnh đang được tiến hành và sẽ sớm trở thành hiện thực. Hiện ông đang bàn bạc với các cố vấn để thực hiện hóa vụ việc này.


Việc tước quốc tịch của trẻ em sinh ra tại Mỹ mà cha mẹ không định cư tại Mỹ đă có tin đồn từ lâu. Nhưng chỉ tới nay, bản thân tổng thống Mỹ mới nhấn mạnh điều này.


“Chúng ta là nước duy nhất trên thế giới cho phép người nước ngoài đặt chân lên lănh thổ, sinh con và đứa trẻ lập tức trở thành công dân Mỹ với đầy đủ quyền lợi trong suốt 85 năm”, Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump trả lời trong một được phỏng vấn của chương tŕnh Axios on HBO được công bố vào ngày 30/10.


“Điều này thật quá ngớ ngẩn. Nó cần được chấm dứt”, ông nhấn mạnh.

Trao đổi với các phóng viên, tổng thống Mỹ nói sau khi trao đổi với các cố vấn pháp lư Nhà Trắng đă nhận ra không cần quốc hội thông qua một tu chính án mới cũng có thể thay đổi được quy định nói trên.


“Họ nói tôi có thể làm điều này chỉ bằng một sắc lệnh hành pháp”, ông khẳng định.

Mấy ngày qua, nhiều người Nam Mỹ đă rầm rộ đi bộ tới biên giới nước Mỹ, đ̣i vào Mỹ sống. Nhóm người đi bộ đă đốt cờ Mỹ và kêu gọi tẩy chay 😭 Trump!

Trong nhiều năm qua, Nước Mỹ luôn bênh vực cho những người ở nước khác bị trù dập về nhân quyền, thậm chí nguy hiểm đến tính mạng được sang tị nạn tại Mỹ theo tuần tự pháp luật. Mỹ không phải là vườn hoang nhà trống, ai muốn vào th́ vào như chỗ không người.

Đâu ai biết rơ đoàn người kia là không có khủng bố, băng đảng thuốc phiện, xă hội đen trà trộn vào để phá nước Mỹ!

Các bạn chê 😭 Trump khi ông gửi quân đội ngăn chặn đoàn người là vi hiến, là vi phạm nhân quyền v.v ...

Thùy Trang rất mong các vị theo đảng Dân Chủ ai có những lời chê bai 😭 Trump, th́ xin hăy nộp đơn, mỗi nhà t́nh nguyện bảo lănh nuôi 5 người di dân Nam Mỹ th́ chắc chắn quí vị đă giúp giải quyết được t́nh trạng khó khăn cho nước Mỹ. Quí vị t́nh nguyện nuôi di dân th́ ai cũng sẽ hoan nghênh và lời nói của quư vị lúc đó mới giá trị.

Chuyện khác là Birthright citizenship tức sinh đẻ ở Mỹ được điều 14 hiến pháp Hoa Kỳ quy định cách đây cả hai trăm năm là trẻ con sinh ra ở Mỹ được trở thành công dân Mỹ.

Khi hiến pháp được viết ra vào thời điểm cả hai trăm năm qua - lúc đó nước Mỹ c̣n nghèo th́ có ma nào muốn vào Mỹ để đẻ con xin quốc tịch bao giờ! Nước Mỹ lúc đó đất đai rộng lớn thênh thang, thiếu người canh tác nên chuyện ai muốn nhập cư thành công dân sẽ được chào đón nhiệt t́nh.

Câu chuyện hai trăm năm về trước nay đă khác xa khi những người công dân Mỹ h́ hụt làm việc ngày đêm đóng thuế, xây dựng đất nước này trở nên giàu đẹp th́ bỗng nhiên có cái đám Tung Của ở đâu mang bầu sang Mỹ đẻ con, đ̣i giành quyền lợi của những công dân "làm chết mẹ", đóng thuế th́ thử hỏi có công bằng hay không!

Đó là chưa kể lúc những đứa bé Tung Của lớn lên bảo lănh gia đ́nh sang Mỹ th́ không bao lâu Mỹ sẽ thành một tỉnh của Trung Quốc.

😭 Trump đưa ra đề nghị là những công dân Mỹ, những thường trú nhân hợp pháp th́ khi sinh con ở Mỹ mới được quyền Công Dân - Chứ c̣n đám Tung Của ở đâu xa xôi nửa quả địa cầu, chưa từng đóng góp cho nước Mỹ một cent nào mà đ̣i được hưởng quyền lợi th́ đâu c̣n ǵ công bằng nữa.

Dĩ nhiên chuyện thay đổi hay sửa đổi một điều luật trong Hiến Pháp Hoa Kỳ luôn cần phải có Quốc Hội thông qua, tuy nhiên lời đề nghị của 😭 Trump rất chính đáng th́ quư vị lại chê bai 😭 Trump sao tàn ác quá vậy!

Nhiều người trên Facebook hể thấy bài viết nào của Washington Post chửi 😭 Trump là đăng lên hê hả và không chịu t́m hiểu ai là tác giả bài viết v́ không ít tác giả là người gốc Trung Quốc, làm ăn với Trung Quốc hoặc tác giả là người gốc Trung Đông đang thù ghét 😭 Trump - Một bài báo trên CNN hay Washington Post không đại diện cho tiếng nói công dân nước Mỹ - do đó không cần hả hê chuyện này.

Ông chủ của tờ báo Washington Post là Jeffrey P. Bezos, CEO của Amazon, một cơ sở làm ăn bị 😭 Trump đ̣i đóng thuế thu nhập và khi 😭 Trump đ̣i tăng thế cao các món hàng của Trung Quốc, ảnh hưởng tới chuyện làm ăn của Amazon th́ dĩ nhiên tờ báo của ông chủ Amazon là Washington Post sẽ t́m cách triệt hạ uy tín 😭 Trump là hiển nhiên.

Hôm nay 😭 Trump kư lệnh giảm tiền thuốc tây (có toa) cho công dân Mỹ th́ KHÔNG có bất cứ bài bào nào của những tờ báo chuyên chửi Trump đưa tin!

Thùy Trang là người bênh vực lẽ phải. Nếu 😭 Trump làm sai th́ Thùy Trang phản bác c̣n làm đúng th́ ḿnh nên khen và trong thời gian qua, Thùy Trang khen 😭 Trump nhiều hơn chê v́ ông đă làm nhiều chuyện tốt - Những người thân đảng Dân Chủ gọi Thùy Trang là PHE của TRUMP. Ḿnh không căi chi chuyện này. Đời sống luôn cần sự công bằng và không ai có quyền sống trên xương máu của người khác gầy dựng nên.

NHững bài viết đại loại như trên tiêu biểu cho quan điểm của một số người Việt ở Mỹ, cũng ok v́ tự do ngôn luận mà lị...nhưng lại cứ phản bác lại bằng những ngụy biện vô căn cứ và logique, đây là một thí dụ điển h́nh :

--> bằng chứng đâu mà dám quả quyết như thế , nếu 0 là muốn vào tù v́ tội vu khống và tuyên truyền tin vịt ???

Hết thuốc chữa những phần tử này rồi ! SO SAD !

Xin đừng vơ đũa cả nắm mà ấu trĩ áp đặt rằng:

1. Chống Trump = theo ĐDC !
2. Chống Trump = theo TC !
3. Chống Trump = theo CS !
