Hàn Cộng hôm thứ Năm 25-7-2019 đă bắn hai tên lửa tầm ngắn về phía Biển Hoa Đông (East Sea), đây dường như là một động thái gây áp lực với Mỹ nhượng bộ trước các cuộc đàm phán hạt nhân.

"Hàn Cộng đă bắn một tên lửa tầm ngắn vào khoảng 5:34 buổi sáng và cái khác lúc 5:57, từ bán đảo Hodo gần thị trấn ven biển phía đông Wonsan", Tham mưu trưởng Quân đội Hàn Quốc (JCS) cho biết.

Một tên lửa đă bay được khoảng 430 km và chiếc c̣n lại khoảng 690 km, một sĩ quan JCS cho biết thêm rằng cả hai đă bay lên cao khoảng 50 km.

"Chúng tôi đă t́m thấy một số tính năng chỉ ra rằng tên lửa thứ hai có thể là một loại mới, đ̣i hỏi phải phân tích và đánh giá nhiều hơn", sĩ quan nói.

Theo các chuyên gia cho biết các vụ phóng hôm thứ Năm dường như giống phiên bản tên lửa đạn đạo Iskander của Nga.

Nếu chúng được xác nhận là tên lửa đạn đạo, Hàn Cộng đă vi phạm các nghị quyết của Hội đồng Bảo an Hoa Kỳ cấm B́nh Nhưỡng tiến hành phóng tất cả các loại tên lửa đạn đạo.

Vào tháng 6, nhà lănh đạo Hàn Cộng Kim Chính Ân và Tổng thống Hoa Kỳ Donald Trump đă đồng ư nối lại các cuộc đàm phán khi họ gặp nhau tại biên giới liên Triều.

Các cuộc đàm phán về chương tŕnh vũ khí hạt nhân của Triều Tiên đă bị đ́nh trệ kể từ tháng 2 sau khi hội nghị thượng đỉnh tại Việt Nam giữa Trump và Kim kết thúc mà không có kết quả.

B́nh Nhưỡng đă không trả lời đề nghị đối thoại của Washington. Thay vào đó, Hàn Cộng kêu gọi Hoa Kỳ và Hàn Quốc hủy bỏ cuộc tập trận quân sự kết hợp dự kiến ​​vào tháng 8-2019, cảnh báo rằng cuộc tập trận sẽ ảnh hưởng đến những nỗ lực nối lại các cuộc đàm phán hạt nhân.

Đầu tuần này, truyền thông nhà nước Triều Tiên c̣n chiếu cảnh ông Kim Jong Un kiểm tra một tàu ngầm mới được chế tạo và ra lệnh cho các quan chức tiếp tục củng cố khả năng quân sự.

Vipin Narang, phó giáo sư chuyên về an ninh quốc tế tại Viện công nghệ Massachusetts, nhận định vụ phóng tên lửa của Triều Tiên cùng việc tiết lộ tàu ngầm cho thấy "chuyến đi của ông Trump đến Bàn Môn Điếm vẫn chưa cho thấy hiệu quả như mong đợi".

Nhưng dù sao nó nghèo cũng dám bắn ..c̣n đảng csvn trong bộ tam trọng , ngân, phúc . ngân chính giữa trọng và phúc cũng muốn bắn lắm nhưng kiêng dè ...
