Tôi cứ thắc mắc, vì sao VN đã có công nghệ vectorvirus mà TQ còn loay hoay với công nghệ cổ điển, lạc hậu nhất là dùng virus bất hoạt.
Vectorvirus là một công nghệ vaccine tiên tiến của thế giới. Người ta sử dụng những loại virus vô hại (như Adenovirus) và biến đổi gen của chúng cho giống với trình tự protein trên bề mặt của Sars-CoV-2. Khi được tiêm vào cơ thể, các virus này mang đến cho tế bào thông tin di truyền của nó và kích thích tế bào chống trả lại, từ đó hình thành tính miễn dịch cho tế bào. Rõ ràng, biến đổi gen không phải là một công nghệ đơn giản.
Hôm nay tôi tìm thông tin về vaccine vectorvirus của VN, cuối cùng lại có được thông tin về cái gọi là vaccine COVIVAC của Việt Nam và tôi choáng váng vì đau khổ và thất vọng. Nước mắt tôi trào ra, tay tôi run lẩy bẩy không gõ bàn phím được. Một thông tin quá khủng khiếp – khủng khiếp – khủng khiếp về cái gọi là vaccine Việt Nam.
