Tổng thống Pháp đang có chuyến công du tại Việt nam.Trong chuyến thăm lần này ngoài việc hợp tác tốt đẹp mối quan hệ giữa hai nước.Tổng thống Pháp c̣n yêu cầu chính quyền CSVN phải thực hiện....

Pháp yêu cầu Việt Nam trả tự do cho 4 nhà bất đồng chính kiến hiện đang bị giam giữ. Yêu cầu được đưa ra nhân chuyến thăm đầu tiên của tổng thống Francois Hollande đến quốc gia từng là thuộc địa của Pháp trước đây.

Một nguồn tin cho biết như vừa nêu trong ngày hôm nay. Theo đó 4 tù nhân bất đồng chính kiến được phía Pháp yêu cầu Việt Nam trả tự do gồm một nhà bất đồng người Công giáo, một blogger, một người đấu tranh đất đai, và một nhà hoạt động. Cụ thể tên của hai trong 4 người thuộc danh sách được chuyển cho phía Việt Nam theo yêu cầu của tổng thống Pháp có trường hợp của Trần Huỳnh Duy Thức và blogger Anh Ba Sàm-Nguyễn Hữu Vinh.

Vào hôm qua thứ Ba, mùng 6 tháng 9, chủ tịch Tổ chức Ân xá Quốc tế tại Pháp, bà Camille Blanc có kêu gọi tổng thống Francois Hollande phải nhân chuyến thăm Việt Nam kêu gọi cơ quan chức năng Hà Nội thực hiện trách nhiệm về nhân quyền theo đúng luật pháp quốc tế. Không thể hy sinh nhân quyền cho thỏa thuận thương mại và an ninh.

Tổ chức Ân xá Quốc tế c̣n kêu gọi tổng thống Francois Hollande đặc biệt quan tâm đến trường hợp nạn nhân Ngô Thanh Kiều ở Phú Yên chết khi bị công an giam giữ hồi tháng 3 năm 2012.

Theo thông cáo của Ân Xá Quốc tế th́ kể từ sau cái chết của người em, chị của nạn nhân Ngô Thanh Kiều là bà Ngô Thị Tuyết đă cùng gia đ́nh đi t́m công lư cho người bị chết. Trong quá tŕnh này bản thân bà Tuyết và gia đ́nh vấp phải tấn công, đe dọa và những h́nh thức trấn áp khác.

Vào ngày 24 tháng 8 vừa qua, Ân xá Quốc tế cũng gửi thư đến tổng thống Francois Hollande kêu gọi ông phài nêu ra vấn đề tra tấn và đối xử khắc khe với tù nhân lương tâm tại Việt Nam.

Xin được nhắc lại nạn nhân Ngô Thanh Kiều bị bắt ngay trong đêm đưa về đồn công an. Chưa đầy 24 tiếng đồng hồ sau đó, công an thông báo cho gia đ́nh là anh này đă chết v́ không chịu ăn uống.

Tuy nhiên những chứng cứ thu thập được cho thấy nạn nhân bị tra tấn bằng nhục h́nh đến chết.

Hôm nay phiên xử phúc thẩm những người bị cáo buộc gây ra cái chết của nạn nhân Ngô Thanh Kiều lại được mở ra ở thành phố Đà Nẵng sau hai lần hoăn.

Luật sư Vơ An Đôn, người tham gia vụ án, cho đài Á Châu Tự do biết:

“Hôm nay, mùng 7 tháng 9 năm 2016, Ṭa án Nhân dân Cấp cao tại Đà Nẵng mở phiên ṭa phúc thẩm xét xử vụ 5 công an, nhưng từ sáng đến giờ chỉ có phần xét hỏi, chưa có tranh luận. Phiên ṭa này đă hoăn 2 lần. Lần đầu hoăn v́ một bị cáo trong vụ án bị bệnh. Lần thứ hai vắng mặt bên bị hại và người giám định pháp y trung ương. Hôm nay cả 6 bị cáo nguyên là công an đều có mặt tại ṭa và vợ anh Kiều là đại diện hợp pháp của gia đ́nh anh Kiều đều có mặt. Phiên ṭa hôm nay, gia đ́nh anh Kiều hủy bản án sơ thẩm để điều tra phúc xử lại; để làm rơ thứ nhất là chuyển tội danh v́ gia đ́nh anh Kiều không chấp nhận tội dùng nhục h́nh, yêu cầu phải chuyển thành tội giết người và thứ hai là phải khởi tố tội bắt người trái pháp luật.”
