Thời gian vừa qua những thông tin về ca sĩ Johnny Dũng dính nghi án xâm hại t́nh dục và ăn cắp bản quyền được nhiều người Việt ở cộng đồng Mỹ quan tâm lẫn chia sẻ. Johnny Dũng đă có những lời giải thích cho những sự việc qua nhưng vẫn không đưa ra được bằng chứng để chứng minh sự trong sạch của ḿnh.

Mới đây nhất, những thông tin liên quan đến vụ việc của Johnny Dũng (tên thật là Brian Hoàng) – ca sĩ hải ngoại của trung tâm Asia đă được hé lộ.

Việc Johnny Dũng bị kiện về tội xâm phạm t́nh dục là hoàn toàn có thật, từ năm 2010 đến năm 2012, Johnny Dũng làm việc ở Sở y tế công cộng bang California với chức danh kỹ thuật viên tia X-Quang, tuy nhiên anh luôn chia sẻ với mọi người rằng ḿnh là một bác sĩ để lấy sự tin tưởng.

Với chức danh này, Johnny Dũng đă vi phạm xâm hại t́nh dục hàng loạt bệnh nhân, và tất cả nguyên nhân khởi kiện vụ án này của Johnny Dũng đều được đưa đơn kiện đệ tŕnh lên ṭa án tối cao California với chi tiết đầy đủ về hành vi của Johnny Dũng.

Ngoài ra, về phía công ty Jade Global Cosmetics cũng đă gửi đơn kiện ca sĩ Johnny Dũng và đă được ṭa án chấp thuận. Với những tội gian: Vi phạm nhăn hiệu thương mại, giả mạo thiết kế nguyên bản, giả mạo nhăn hiệu đăng kí, sử dụng tên thương mại trái phép,…

Dù giải thích rằng anh bị cộng sự thân thiết phản bội, âm mưu cướp đoạt công ty của ḿnh,… tuy nhiên tất cả chỉ là lời nói và không có bất cứ bằng chứng cụ thể, cũng chưa hề có đơn kiện gửi đến ṭa và đ̣i bồi thường như việc anh từng chia sẻ.

Theo đó, Johnny Dũng đă bị ṭa án triệu tập để xử lư vụ án và sẽ phải đối diện với những án phạt do toàn án Mỹ phán quyết.

ủa, supermod Hanna là anh phóng viên phương tùng đây sao? hahahaha mà ngộ, lúc trước Johnny Dũng ca cho Asia, T́nh, etc... nhưng bây giờ gặp scandal th́ được vinh danh ca sỉ của trung tâm Asia. Không biết anh phương tùng có ư ǵ đây hay là anh Trúc Hồ nhờ anh phương tùng quảng cáo giùm cho Asia ? thật là khó hiểu ...
